Position: Bartender (3 Headcounts)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide vivid and engaging descriptions of beverage menu items, including their origin,
taste, and preparation methods.
• Maintain knowledge of food and beverage items available in the lounge and
communicate orders to the bartender using the restaurant & bar’s point-of-sales system.
• Ensure orders are accurate and timely, delivering them to guests promptly.
• Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and offer suggestions. Respond quickly to
guest concerns and requests.
• Process payments accurately, including cash, credit card transactions, and settling
voided or complimentary items.
• Set up and break down tables and drink stations while maintaining cleanliness.
• Work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors to provide exceptional service.
• Maintain service standards and care for the physical assets of the outlet.
• Arrive punctually and check schedules regularly.
• Ensure that all service and items meet restaurant & barl standards and procedures.
• Monitor and manage service for potentially intoxicated guests in a discreet manner,
ensuring guest safety.
• Follow hygiene and food safety protocols in accordance with restaurant & bar standards.
• Be aware of and follow fire, life safety, and emergency procedures.
• Assist with bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure the bar is fully prepared.
• Help with guest seating and keep operational areas clean and organized.
Qualifications:
• Minimum SPM or STPM or equivalent experience.
• Diploma in F&B or restaurant & bar Management preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in bartending or a related food & beverage role.
