Citizens Advice Cardiff & Vale is an independent charity and member of the Local Citizens Advice network. We help people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent, impartial and confidential advice on a range of issues. We are funded to provide services to people in the local area as well as across England and Wales.
Role overview
You will be part of one of our Consumer Adviser teams, delivering advice on consumer law and energy supply issues to clients. Our teams are diverse, with a range of experiences, and work together in our Barry office, delivering advice to clients via telephone, email and webchat.

Important information
Consumer advisers are required to complete classroom-based training during the first four weeks of their employment. This training includes end-of-unit assessments followed by final written and telephone-based assessments. Employment is conditional upon passing all assessments.
