We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Cradle Mountain Hotel in this full-time role!
What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you’ll coach and mentor our dedicated team to prepare our guests rooms to a level which will help us to create an exceptional experience during their stay with us. You'll balance working hands-on alongside your team with admin tasks such as ordering and stocktake.
This is a physically demanding role so you must be energetic and physically fit, with a resilient and positive can-do attitude to meet the demands of this role.
What you’ll bring:  
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills​
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and work effectively within a team​
- Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines​
- Demonstrated passion to deliver an exceptional guest experience​
- Minimum two years’ experience in housekeeping within the tourism/hospitality industry​
- A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
- Excellent time management and an eye for detail
- Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays
