The Director of Improvement and Change will apply expert insight and technological vision to understand services provided not only from an organisational perspective but also through the lens of patients and service users. The post holder will be expected to drive innovation to improve clinical processes and organisational culture by applying evidence-based improvement methodologies.

Establishing direct links between delivery of the improvement strategies, performance, quality and safety, efficiency and productivity is a principal feature of the role.

• Overall management of the advanced HAMR test lab/line, equipment and activities to meet test requirements of HAMR head developmental program. Ensure delivery of test data with high quality/integrity and adequate tester calibration, controls and monitors.
• Communicate effectively within development teams, and with internal stakeholders.
