This is an exciting opportunity to lead change within the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Integrated Care System. As Host organisation for the Cambridgeshire South Care Partnership (‘South Place’), Cambridge University Hospitals Foundation Trust is investing in a number of permanent senior system posts. In this role you will lead development of Integrated Neighbourhoods and proactive models of care across Cambridge City, East Cambridgeshire, South Cambridgeshire and Royston, including a focus on addressing health inequalities for the population and for individuals, growing local matrix working arrangements, and influencing the development of the Integrated Care System. You will work with a wide network of colleagues within health, social care, voluntary and faith sectors, other public sector departments and citizens.

Our Place-based Partnership
The Cambridgeshire South Care Partnership (CSCP) is one of five Accountable Business Units (ABUs) within the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough ICS and is, hosted by Cambridge University Hospitals Foundation Trust (CUH). This post reports to the Director, Strategy and Partnership Development, CSCP. The ABUs are accountable for delivering improvements in integrated care, population health and health inequalities to support the needs and ambitions of people living and working in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
The CSCP leads and convenes partnership working within an evolving matrix arrangement with residents and communities, health, care and support providers, voluntary organisations, local authorities and the Integrated Care Board. Our vision is for people living and working in Cambridgeshire South to enjoy health lives in strong, connected communities.
