JOB PURPOSE

In line with the Head Office and regional policies, the MSC Cruises' strategy and the Sales objectives, the Sales Director South East Asia leads the Sales strategy, contributes to and implements the sales action plan for the region in order to achieve revenue, cost and other commercial targets to ensure the efficient running of the sales operations for the start-up for the region.

Assistant Director of Revenue Management

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

REVENUE MANAGEMENT STRAGEGY SUPPORT

• Support the Hotel Management and Executive Director of Revenue Management to develop and maintain the hotel strategy (in terms of business mix and pricing by season and type of day) for the future periods through cooperation with sales & marketing team and optimal use of revenue management systems and channels.

REVENUE MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE

• Analyze in detail the hotels results and performance (average rates, occupancy rates, RevPAR..). Survey the market and competitors in terms of performance (RevPAR Index, market penetration…), pricing and availability as a basis for future tactical decisions with the Hotel GM. Run scenarios to determine optimized actions for contracts and business mix changes
• Perform both high level and by day forecast for both hotels and manage the forecast adjustments, uploading and reporting through Accor systems.

PRICING, PLANNING & DISTRIBUTION OPTIMISATION

• Take daily decisions to optimize the hotel turnover. Decisions in terms of pricing, inventory management (RMLs open/close), group quotation, distribution channels... Ensure that these recommendations are implemented in reservation and reception, and that systems (PMS, CRS/TARS, RMS) are updated accordingly.

PMS/CRS MANAGEMENT & OPIMISATION

• Maintain and optimize reservation systems including Opera Cloud and TARS with accurate tracking and delivery of rates to all distribution channels.

REVPRO CULTURE

• Ensure that a “RevPRO culture” is spreaded in the hotel, through the animation of weekly Revpro meetings and regular coaching and training sessions for the hotel teams

TEAM DEVELOPMENT & GROWTH

Summary

• Create and manage company profiles in the PMS Opera System, ANAIS System.
• Daily update of sales report in ANAIS System, DSR and show around report.

• Utilise efficient sales strategy for the maximization of hotel revenue.
• Respond to feedback from clients and provide after-sales support when required.
• Maintain adequate communication with other departments in the hotel so that the needs of clients can be anticipated and met in an organised manner.
• Manage customer budgets to maximize revenue and meeting customer needs.
• Make best efforts to upsell, drive additional revenue and incremental business for each event.
• Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management.

We are seeking a Senior Director – Technology for our Enterprise Platforms business under DigitalInfraCo. You will lead the software development and delivery of Enterprise Platforms, helping telcos monetize networks and clouds. Collaborating with global telcos and enterprises, you will design solution architectures for successful global deployments. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Platforms, you will manage a team of developers, DevOps, and architects to execute the Enterprise platforms roadmap.

The Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Lead the platform engineering and delivery team to build scalable Enterprise platforms capable of processing millions of messages and customer transactions concurrently.
• Infrastructure Design: Design and implement a hybrid infrastructure comprising various deployment types, including bare metal and hyperscale infrastructure.
