Roles & Responsibilities
1. Provide first level of support and customer service
2. Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone or email
3. Require to listen, probe to clarify and understand customer needs
4. Escalate problems or issues promptly and resolve customer
5. Resolve all customer complaints in an expedient manner. He/she will need to act as a liaison to expedite requests between customers and multiple production locations.
6. It is important to process sales orders or changes by effective collaboration with internal departments and communication with customers.
7. Work closely with Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities
1. Achieve growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
2. Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the
company's customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
3. Develop a comprehensive business plan covering revenue and expense controls to manage organizational sales effectively.
4. Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
5. Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling, and continuous education on service knowledge.
6. Build and foster strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs.
7. Present realistic budgets and forecasts to the management team.
8. ldentify emerging markets and market shifts while staying fully aware of new products and
competition status.

1. Minimum Diploma/Degree in a relevant field.
2. Proven track record in "business-to-business" sales, with at least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager int he transportation, logistics, or warehousing industry.
3. Competent in planning and implementing sales strategies
4. Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to close business wins.
5. Success in developing sales plans and analysing the profitability of prospects, coupled with analytical and numeracy skills to review operational and financial data
6. Proficient in customer relationship management, with the ability to develop strong business relationships at all levels, including senior executives
7. Effective leadership, management and motivation of a sales team.
