Reponsibilities:
- Attend to Tam case as assigned by team leader or management
- Carry out rectification work as specified in the Tam case
- Complete the Tam case with endorsement from the end user or requester
- Attend to property officer zone defective work request
- Carry out rectification work as specified in the zone defective work request
- Complete the zone defective work request with verification by the property officer
- Attending to ad-hoc work as assigned by team leader or management
- Carry out rectification work as specified in the ad-hoc work request
- Complete the ad-hoc work with verification from the end user or requester
- Attending to PPM work as assigned by team leader or management
- Carry out the PPM work assignment according to the standard checklist
- Complete the PPM with verification from the respective system Engineer
Requirements:
- Nitec or Higher Nitec in Facility Management or related field, such as Electrical Engineering etc
- 2 years working experience in Facility Management or technical work
