- Responsible for the management, administration, co-ordination and quality control of supply and install contracts entered into by company
- Upon direction by the Director to be in charge of a project, you are to orientate yourself with the drawings, details, material requirements and the extent of the contract.
- Visit the site and be acquainted with the customer's site team. Objective is to create rapport and to obtain information on the works schedules, accessibility to site for deliveries, sequence of work, project measurements, etc so as to plan materials and manpower to carry out the project within budgeted cost and realistic stipulated schedule set by the customer.
- Check the extent of moulds and special panels ordered and order or cancel any additional moulds which requires site measurements or to suit site conditions.
- Subject to the approval of the Director, engage suitable and appropriate sub-contractor to carry out the installation works and, if necessary; visit sites jointly. Negotiate sub-contract rates or lump sum payment with the appointed sub-contractor within agreed budgeted cost and referring to the Director as necessary.
- Progressive ordering of materials required for the project that suits the project's condition and sequence.
- Visit sites frequently in order to co-ordinate the works requirement to ensure a continuous flow of work for our sub-contractors. It is imperative that whilst on site visit the customer's key site personnel to maintain rapport as well as to resolve site problems that occurs.
- Attend all site meetings as may be called for or arranged by the project.
- Prepare fortnightly sub-contract payment detailing works completed by sub-contractors for verification and endorsement by the Director. On month ends, in addition to the preparation of the sub-contract payments, prepare valuation of works completed to be invoiced to the customers.
- Supervise or cause to have supervised all installation performed by appointed sub-contractor on site and ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the articles of the Sub-contract Agreement which includes site cleanness, safety measures, etc.
- Co-ordinate with client's site personnel for the use of site hoisting facilities, scaffoldings, etc as stipulated in our contract agreement.
- Arrange promptly for the relocation or return of any excess materials on site.
- Provide weekly up-to-date reports to the Director for all sites stating number of workmen on site, percentage of works completed, delays encountered, progress in relation to program, and any other relevant information so requested by the Director
