This role will provide analytical and technical support for senior team members and the Thought Leadership team within the global Marketing and Communications organization. A data analyst will be in support of developing in depth, predictive thought leadership content that will be utilized in white papers, C-suite T2T presentations, industry events and content. The role will be operating with an analytical focus that requires category or CPS knowledge. The analyst will bring best in class analysis of trends, insights to be able to arm the economist and content team with actionable insights, predictive statements delivered through data stories that have relevance and impact for clients and our industries. The analyst will maintain ownership for all CPS deliverables throughout the lifecycle.  

• Serve as the senior Executive Administrator for the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-3/5/7, within the US Army Reserve Command (USARC).
• Manage administrative program that consists of a variety of functions, including incoming/outgoing correspondence, records management, publications/forms management, administrative standard operating procedures, and records management.
• Advising on all civilian personnel administrative matters.
• Maintain all Directorate publications to include establishing administrative policies, standard operating procedures, and/or directives related to the operations of the Directorate.
• Review all correspondence for administrative and technical accuracy, and rewrites if necessary before it goes to the appropriate level for signature.
• Maintain the Director’s schedule, forecasting potential requirements, de-conflicting problems, and plan and project timeframes for historical recurring requirements.
• Responsible for the directorate's records manager, manages, oversees, directs, and evaluates the records program.
• Ensure accurate and accountable administrative records storage areas and records disposition or shipment to a records storage facility.
• Conduct studies, surveys, and interviews to gather information necessary to formulate policies, procedures, and strategies for the organization.
• Recommend action to management based on the results of studies, surveys, and individual interviews which impact the administrative operations of the Directorate.

We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Supervising Social Worker for our friendly and dynamic team to work with foster carers in the North East region, primarily covering the Teesside area.

• You will be responsible for the recruitment, training, assessment, support and supervision of a range of foster carers ensuring high quality placements for looked after children.

About You

• An enthusiastic and committed self-starter with the ability to work independently but also skilled in keeping in touch with team members and carers, the successful candidate will have excellent assessment skills and will be a strong communicator, both written and verbal with good IT skills and be able to produce a high standard of report writing.
• You will need to be a qualified Social Worker and hold a current HCPC registration, recent experience in fostering and services for children is desirable although less experienced candidates will be considered. You will possess a good working knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and procedures in relation to fostering and safeguarding.
• As an innovative agency we are seeking applicants that possess a real drive and share our creative vision, whether you're new to fostering or an experienced supervising social worker.
• This is a full time and permanent post which is home based and comes with a highly attractive starting salary of up to £41,052 per annum dependent on experience plus car allowance or company car & excellent benefits. We also offer a generous holiday allowance starting at 30 days rising to 35 in line with service plus bank holidays, bike to work and contributory pension schemes.
