Marston Holdings has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant.
This role is the primary conduit between our Executive Team and the organisation, enabling our Executives to make the best use of their time.
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive team. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and strategic support tasks which will include diary management, organising travel, inbox management and expenses management.
What you will be doing:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Team
- Managing and organising meetings, including the coordination of schedules.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinating internal and external communication.
- Managing projects and conduct research as needed.
- Acting as the first point of contact for the Executive Team.
- Supporting the wider team with administration support.
What we are looking for:
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Previous experience at board level.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
