CACI is looking for an experienced SAP BI/ BW professional with experience in SAP HANA Modeling and BI/BW. Must have experience in Data Modeling, Data Visualizations using BEx, ETL Processes and good analytical skills to support ongoing enhancement, operations, and maintenance activities for our federal government clients.
Responsibilities include creation and maintenance of SAP design and technical documents as well as development, testing and validation of reporting functionality and performance. The selected SAP BI professional will participate in all phases of the Software development life cycle, including operations and maintenance (O&M) support. Expected duties include but are not limited to:

What You'll Get to Do:
Work in ETL processes by extracting data from multiple source systems to and from BW System.
Experience in distributing data using SAP Open Hub.
Experience in writing message to Kafka queues.
Data Modeling and designing HANA Calculation Views.
Designs and creates business intelligence reports.
Performs business intelligence system upgrades.
Supports SAP-IP (Integrated Planning) and 508 compliance Work Streams.
Works independently to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve production support problems including process chain and data load errors. Develops and suggests alternative approaches to resolving problems.
Analyzes and conducts performance tuning of data extractions and reports.
Adhere to BI best practices and standards to maintain stable Business Information environment.
Understands system and end-user security authorizations for access of reports and data.
Conducts technical assessment of the issues/bugs/enhancements and develops solutions based on system and SAP standards.
Design comprehensive BI solutions, translating complex requirements into an optimal BI design.
Perform requirements gathering and validation, solution design, report development, unit testing and authoring project technical documents.
Conducts quality assurance activities such as peer review of development objects.
Work well within a large project team.
Participate in the analysis of the customer's business operations to validate requirements and scope, suggest process improvements and assist in level of effort (LOE) estimation, if required
Supporting end-users Acceptance Testing activities
Participate in Production Operations and Release Management support.
Work with the agile/ SAFe teams to design reporting solutions using your knowledge of MM, PP and PM Master Data while understanding the impact on other integrated modules.
Research and troubleshoot production problems and perform root cause analysis to identify core issues
Basic knowledge of SAP MM, PM/PP, and FICO integration points to create simplified reporting solutions to complex problems.
Perform tests on existing, revised, and new functionality using service-specific scenarios.
Identify software design, performance, and process problems
Consult with Help Desk personnel and site customers to resolve problems caused by software, business practice, or customer errors.
As needed step into the functional role for the design, development, testing, rework, and validation of systems integration and functional interface requirements between internal and external partners
Provide functional and technical expertise for the creation and validation of user documentation.
Provide expertise in support of the sustainment of step-by-step training aids and on-line Help files.
You'll Bring These Qualifications
Must be able to obtain a clearance
A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or other related scientific or technical discipline is required
Minimum 10 - 12 years of technical experience with SAP HANA Modeling and SAP BW/BI.
Experience with BI/BW Upgrade projects
Knowledge of standard extractors for the following functional business areas: Logistics, Supply Chain and FI/FM
Effective report performance analysis and tuning experience
Knowledge of SAP ASAP methodology
Ability to work individually (self-motivated) and within a team environment.
Demonstrate exemplary verbal and written communication. Should be able to present solutions and tailor communications for both technical /non-technical and management vs. end user audiences.
Design, build, and test application data transfer / integration process from SAP ECC/ BI/BW systems to Postgres and other DBs using Kafka message queues.
Exposure to CI/CD pipeline and Agile/ SAFe processes.
Effective interpersonal skills. Proven ability to be both a team player and work independently.
Must have or be able to obtain NACLC/T3 clearance.
Must have or be able to obtain CompTIA A+, Network +, or Security+ certification or higher prior to start date
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Prior experience with MM, SD, WM, PM, FM a plus. SAP HANA/ BI/BW certifications are a plus.
Experience with SAP Solution Manager/ChaRM
Previous experience in an Agile/ SAFe development environment. Certification is a plus.
Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
Experience in rendering BI/BW reports in HTML.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$94,400 - $198,300
