You will perform full spectrum geospatial analysis in support of complex geospatial, topographic, and imagery problem sets in support of global real-world operations.  You will be required to communicate analytical assessments clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present analysis products from creative analytical techniques in an operational environment.  You will use their technical expertise and experience of Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) of ground feature data and remotely sensed data such as Multi-Spectral Imagery (MSI), Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR), and Electro-Optical Imagery to support the operational customer. • Complete technical review of the control team work and provide coaching / corrective feedback.
• Determine testing scenarios and oversee the simulation of the control system to test the strategy and improvements.
• Work with other engineers to determine the project and control requirements.
• Create the process control overview for the project & Develop user requirement system specifications.
• Estimate the process control cost and schedule for the project and manage against these baselines.
• Develop functional requirement specification (FRS) for the system & Create detailed requirement specifications (DRS).
• Develop control software, operator graphics and simulation software.
• Complete the factory acceptance test (FAT) Commissioning.
• Provide training of operations and support commissioning and start-up of the new asset.
  MES Developers:
• Serve as the subject matter expert for work execution, tools and systems supporting and interfacing in the space of Production Operations Management.
• Participate in project scoping activities.
• Drive strategic solutions in partnership with stakeholders.
• Engage with stakeholders and cross-discipline and cross-functional global project teams.
• Perform high level functional activities, such as requirements gathering and gap analysis of user requirements, requires functional and business expertise.
• Participate in the design specifications, configuration, testing, implementation and startup of manufacturing execution systems (MES) solutions.
• Identify and deploy Most Effective Technology (MET) standard solution components to meet project requirements.
• Support training of operations and support commissioning and start-up of the asset.
• Support future process improvements and product development/solution roadmap.
   

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sciences OR relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E6 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience. Previous Process Automation experience is preferred.
• Registration or the ability to be registered with APEGA (EIT/P. Eng).
• A minimum requirement for this Canada based position is the ability to work legally in Canada. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position.
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Hydrocarbons technology and manufacturing. 
• Proficiency in Process Automation application development in ABB or MOD5 platform.
• Demonstrated ability to lead by influence and to work across multiple cultures/time zones.

CACI is looking for a Data Engineer supporting the IC. Individual will design, implement, and operate data driven approaches to client’s intelligence requirements. Design how data will be stored, accessed, used, integrated, and managed by different data regimes and digital systems as necessary/directed. Work will GEOINT analysts to determine, create, and populate optimal data architectures, structures, systems, process automation, and models to support customer intelligence requirements. 

Provide expertise on all facets of GEOINT, including related fields such as but not limited to open-source GEOINT, data science/analysis, imagery science, and facilitate the integration of emerging GEOINT capabilities as necessary/directed. Will be responsible for developing, adapting, and/or integrating algorithms, software tools, and tradecraft to satisfy customer requirements, as necessary/directed.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

• MA/MS in Data Science, Data Analytics, Informatics, Statistics, or related field AND 5 years CURRENT Intelligence Analysis

• BA/BS in Data Science, Data Analytics, Informatics, Statistics, or related field AND 7 years CURRENT Intelligence Analysis

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have an active TS/SCI

• Excellent written & oral communication, research, and analytic skills

• Experience with tradecraft and publication; ability to coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups; assimilate large volumes of information, and independently produce reports using data science focused libraries such as Pandas, Scikit, TensorFlow and Gensim to answer analytical questions

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Army structure and defense level intelligence operations: intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination for intelligence databases and products

• Knowledge and experience with intelligence operations and in assisting with drafting expert assessments across operations priorities on behalf of the stakeholder

• Specialized training from any intelligence collection and analysis school or certification to include GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC-F, GPC_IA-II, GPC_GA-II, GPC_IS-II, etc.).

• Knowledge and understanding of the National System for GEOINT (NSG) and Intelligence Community; knowledge of private sector data science/analytics, machine learning, and data visualization communities.
