What You Will Do:
The Senior Associate, Performance Enablement, will manage the day-to-day activities of our Performance Management process. This includes coordinating with key stakeholders to create processes and timelines, co-creating the communication and training schedule with the Internal Communications and Learning & Development teams, drafting, reviewing, and editing communications and training materials, creating and updating support resources, maintaining our intranet site and inbox, facilitating weekly performance orientation, developing and implementing process improvements, etc. The Senior Associate will also support performance-related programs and initiatives, including, but not limited to, talent reviews, succession management, career pathways, and mentoring. Finally, the Senior Associate will provide support to the broader Talent Management team, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, and supporting knowledge and documentation management.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university plus 4+ years of professional experience OR 8+ years of professional experience in lieu of degree.
Advanced understanding of and experience in performance management, strong written and oral communication skills, detail oriented, strong organization skills, stakeholder engagement, analytical and problem-solving skills, deadline-oriented attitude, can handle a fast-paced work environment, agility and adaptability, highly collaborative and a team player.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
The annual salary range for this position is $87,100.00-$130,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
