As the Senior Vice President (SVP), you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and leading the growth and execution of the business across all functional areas. Above all, you will be a leader of people and a trusted partner for our customers!
 

Functional areas of the business are sales, support, product development, and professional services.
 

Under the guidance of the Executive Vice President, the SVP is responsible for achieving the growth and financial targets of the business. Your management team will execute the strategies required to achieve your operating targets.

In addition, the Senior Vice President will provide direct management of the Sales & Marketing team.
 

What will be your impact?

• Relationship Management – Through consultative sales methods, build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on all matters related to their strategic marketing plan
• Business Development – Using CoStar Group’s extensive property data, prospect new clients to drive sales and close new business
• Teamwork – Partner with colleagues across the LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue
• Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate and your trends within your specific market territory
• Customer Focus – Develop strong client relationships by delivering outstanding customer support through regular, value you added communication, sharing market insights and offering solutions that help our clients achieve their goals
• Build strong client relationships and prospect by conducting regular in-person meetings which will require travel by car and could require travel outside of the driving radius of your office location

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited not-for-profit University or College, required
• A minimum of four years of successful sales and account management experience within commercial real estate or selling digital advertising or marketing solutions
• A track record of commitment to prior employers
• A current and valid driver’s license (or the ability to obtain a driver’s license prior to start date) is required
• Satisfactory completion of a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check prior to start. Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws
• Ability to regularly drive for extended periods and intermittently throughout the workday
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in an environment that emphasizes customer experience

• Success in building long-term relationships and business partnerships while engaging with clients at a senior/C-Suite level
• Ability to analyze data, build out reporting and make strategic recommendations based on market data, trends and performance metrics

Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join our Toyota Dealership in Boston.

The hours of work are between 8.30am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week and working 10am to 4pm on Sundays on a rota basis. Benefits include use of a company car and an OTE of £50,000 (which includes a £20,000 basic salary)

As a Sales Executive with Listers you’ll make sure that every customer feels unique by understanding exactly where and how our vehicles fit into their life. It’s all about matching the person to the right car and ensuring they have the features and add-ons to suit. From financing to contracts, you’ll aim for total customer satisfaction right through the process.

Role and Responsibilities

• You will build trust, communicate effectively and exceed our customer's expectations through qualification and creating an effective first impression.
• Maximising opportunities through prospecting, following-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, walk in prospects and internet enquiries.
• Maximising profit by achieving the monthly KPI's for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add-on products.
• Adhering to the Company's FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting all customer contact and vehicle data, in order to maximise the quality and content of the customer database.

About you

• This may suit someone who has previously worked as a car sales executive, retail manager or sales manager.
• Ultimately you will be able to demonstrate an ability and record of achieving and exceeding targets.
• The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
• Hold the potential to forge a successful career in the industry.
• You will hold a valid UK drivers licence.
• Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Job details are as follows:

To respond to customer enquiries, providing quotes, inputting orders and following up on the progress of quotes given and orders taken
To sell material and services in line with their pricing policy
To develop and maintain excellent product knowledge
To deal with any customer complaints or order disputes promptly and effectively, referring to line management where appropriate
To make proactive sales calls and customer visits to existing and potential new accounts
To achieve the budgeted sales value in respect of their designated area
Achieve sales and margin targets for product and/or sector
To undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Company
Full training will be provided. Similar experience in a sales position is preferable, however our client will consider candidates with strong administration skills and experience.
