A SUPPLY TECHNICIAN, GS-2005-7, - Responsible for all phases of DLR and CLIX repair/repairable items procurement and returns program. Forecasts, justifies, prepares, submits, and administers the annual DLR budget request. Responsible to acquire needed DLR and CLIX repair parts. Verifies availability and orders DLR parts as needed. Determines proper fund coding, prepares requisitions and forwards to source of supply. Insures part availability, receives part, stores, prepares Material Release Order (MRO), and forwards part to maintenance shops. Recovers damaged/unserviceable part, initiates turn-in procedure, prepares for shipment, packages and ships to depot, Aviation Classification Repair Army Depot (AVCRAD), or other appropriate activity. Maintains Document Control Register and ship-out log. Verifies that appropriate activity has received returned part.
-- Assists/performs the Property Book operations in the area of inventory and storage management, and equipment coordination. Ensures the property book sections periodically perform a visual inventory of all items. Maintains property book accountability utilizing an automated or manual supply accounting system. A. Program Management duties comprise 40% of incumbent's time and include but are not limited to:

• Implements the SAPR program in the assigned AOR and conducts ongoing assessment of its consistency and effectiveness.
• Communicates directly with the installation Commander to provide regular updates and assist the Commander with meeting SAPR Program requirements.
• Assist Installation and Fleet Commanders in their AOR, as assigned, in executing the goals of the SAPR Program, and may be required to provide Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC) duties and responsibilities in a deployed environment.
• Identifies program needs, challenges and presents recommendations and assistance to influence policy compliance issues. Stays abreast of Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Navy (DON), and CNIC policies, and interprets/articulates their meaning, priorities and intent.
• Assist with preparations for visits from inspecting authorities.
• Co-chairs the sexual assault Case Management Group and ensures all unrestricted reports of sexual assault are presented monthly until transfer/closure and assures that the needs and concerns of the victim are met and shared with the commanding authorities.
• Interfaces with military and civilian agencies to identify resources and services to promote availability of victim support systems. Liaises with cognizant departments/agencies (e.g., medical, base security, Naval Criminal Investigation Service, Victims' Legal Counsel and chaplains to facilitate a team approach in sexual assault cases.
• Ensures collection of data in compliance with policies and guidance.
• Provides consultation support for installation-specific arrangements (i.e., Memorandums of Agreement or Understanding to facilitate the timely exchange of information between installation victim support agencies and other commands/activities on cases involving sexual assault of service members and their adult dependents, civilians, and contractors, while ensuring compliance with Navy Confidentiality Policy.
• Facilitates the development and collaboration of installation SAPR public awareness campaigns to include planning of local events.
• Develops and maintains a current and comprehensive file of Navy and civilian resources for victims of sexual assault.
• Collaborates with local community crisis counseling centers to augment or enhance the installation SAPR Program.

B. Training duties comprise 20% of incumbent's time and include but are not limited to:

• Trains commands, SAPR Victim Advocates (VAs), Unit SAPR VAs, and others as requested utilizing standardized curriculum provided by CNIC Headquarters SAPR.
• Ensures command SAPR personnel are properly trained to provide briefings to commands that include proper reporting procedures, maintaining victim confidentiality, and available victim support services.

C. Case Management duties comprise 15% of incumbent's time and include but are not limited to:

• Documents and maintains current records in the Fleet and Family Support Management Information System (FFSMIS), as required.
• Tracks the status of the SAPR Program within their AOR to include, issues, trends, areas needing improvement, effectiveness of local case management, and installation climate.
• Maintains victim and incident case information, subject demographics and disposition, and training records through the Defense Sexual Assault Incident Database (DSAID) in accordance with regulatory and policy guidance as established by DoD and Navy.
• Retains all DD Forms 2910 in accordance with regulatory and policy guidance as established by DoD and Navy. D.

Oversight duties comprise 25% of incumbent's time and include but are not limited to:

• Exercises oversight responsibility for UVAs when they are providing victim advocacy services.
• Maintains oversight of all aspects of victim advocacy services provided by SAPR VAs and tracks, at a minimum, what subordinate units require SAPR VAs, a roster of those SAPR VAs and, status of their training, and rotation dates.
• Ensures victim advocacy services include: the capacity to respond by telephone and in person 24 hours a day, providing support and assistance to victims of sexual assault, including response within 60 minutes of the referral, either telephonically or in person and procedures for contacting SAPR VAs, as well as specific protocols that govern the duties and responsibilities of the SAPR VA.
• Ensures SAPR personnel receive proper training to fulfill requirements of their positions.

Assures that the training center continuously meets the standards prescribed by the applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), agency orders, and directives and assures compliance in all aspects of training through the use of a planned surveillance and inspection program on a continuing basis.

As the team lead, determines through surveillance and investigation that the training center is adequately staffed with appropriately qualified instructors and TCEs. Monitors TCEs to determine adequacy and quality of approved training programs. Conducts initial and annual training and designation of all assigned evaluators. Reviews flight training equipment discrepancy logs to assure compliance with established criteria. Assists the National Simulator Program Manager in initial and recurring qualifications of flight simulators and selected flight training devices.

Coordinates with Principal Operations Inspectors throughout the FAA who are assigned air carrier operators using the training center to ensure proper application of training programs for the particular air carrier involved. Coordinates with training center management regarding regulatory changes, FAA policy matters, and updated training requirements as needed. Coordinates and conducts various surveillance and certification activities, as appropriate, with other FAA district office inspectors. Provides technical oversight to assigned Fleet Training Program Managers.

Initiates and/or assists in the emergency suspension of airmen certificates. Conducts enforcement investigations and prepares final reports in those cases requiring legal disposition. Provides technical assistance to legal counsel, testifies at court trials and formal hearings, and gives depositions.

Reviews and submits with recommendations, training center certificate applications, training center curriculum, and associated revisions. Recommends amendments to previously approved programs when contrary to existing regulatory requirements, to eliminate unsafe practices or to improve the specificity of instruction. Determines appropriate methods and/or plans for securing corrective action, when needed, and conducts follow-up inspections to insure that appropriate action has been taken.

Recommends the designation of training center evaluators for types of aircraft and simulators operated by the training center. Examines and trains training center evaluators for initial designation, recertification and standardization actions as necessary. Conducts practical tests for certification and ratings. Conducts reexamination of certificated airmen when it is determined that they do not meet the minimum standards required for the certificate they hold. Approves flight simulators and flight training devices for each maneuver, procedure, crewmember function, circling approach, and runway scene to be used in an approved training program.

Develops and conducts a surveillance program for all training center activities. Monitors flight crew training programs conducted by the training center to ensure compliance with the FAR, national and regional directives, and safe operating practices. Monitors TCEs during the conduct of airman certification and recurring evaluations to insure strict compliance with established standards.

Conducts hands-on evaluation of flight training devices to determine that they continue to meet original specifications in accordance with guidance provided in the appropriate Advisory Circulars. Reviews applications for initial evaluation or upgrade evaluation of flight simulators, including the Approval Test Guide. After determining compliance with guidance in the appropriate Advisory Circular, and compatibility with training programs submitted or approved, forwards the application package to the NSPM. Reviews the training center discrepancy logs for discrepancies that would affect the capabilities of the flight training equipment.

This position is a mission critical occupation and is responsible for ensuring that operational and fiscal activities align with and enable accomplishment of Health Resources and Services Administration's mission, goals and objectives.

As an Administrative Officer, you will provide advice and assistance on administrative management matters.

Your major duties and responsibilities may include:

• Providing typical budgetary and financial management services
• Performing typical human resources services and/or functions, including FTE and non-FTE Management, management liaison and consulting, orientation, and separation services for employees, and preparing and processing HR actions/documentation.

The Incumbent will:
Radiography & CT
Prepares and administers IV, oral and rectal contrast materials under the direction of the radiologist/provider. Assists radiologist/provider with obtaining iMEDconsent. The incumbent must possess a thorough knowledge of the effects and adverse reactions of contrast materials used in the department, and must be continuously on the alert to the patient's condition and other disorders. Adverse reactions require immediate attention. Incumbent is trained and competent to insert IV catheters for administration of contrast materials.

Independently determines technical factors (i.e., calculates the correct exposure factors of time, distance, kilovoltage, and milliamperage), sets controls and operates equipment ensuring the area of the body specified receives the correct calculated exposure. Technologist follows standard operating procedures to perform x-rays. Incumbent possesses ability to occasionally deviate from standard procedures as necessary to adapt for deformities of body, injuries, and other variable considerations such as age, weight and physical condition of the patient.

Independently operates Computed Tomography scanner, digital radiography (DR), computed radiography (CR) system, CR reader, and other computer based equipment (i.e. dry view imager, computer, etc.).

Performs reconstructions of CT studies when requested or when part of a standard procedure.

Daily assesses patient's limitations (i.e. ventilator patient, nursing home care, psychiatric, etc.) modifying procedure to meet patient's needs while obtaining images needed for diagnostic interpretation.

MRI
Be responsible to safeguard the MRI Scanning environment and maintain a safe condition at all times. No patient will be left unattended in the MRI scanning environment, and no entry will be permitted to the area without assessment by the incumbent of the ferromagnetic or other risks of entry.

Be required to provide input for the development of policy and procedure for the MRI section, pursuant to the delivery of MRI services at the highest possible standard of patient safety, in accordance with the recommendations of the American College of Radiology, The Joint Commission and Veterans Health Administration (VHA) policies.

Rotate with other MRI incumbents in cleaning the magnet room (Zone 4) and equipment.

Properly identifies patient imagines. Identifies patient prior to exam and confirms patient identification and the requests as identical by using at least two patient identifiers.

The Role:

• Ensure all customer requests and enquiries are dealt with in an efficient and business-like manner.
• Provide administrative support and diary management to the Meeting and Events Sales Manager.
• Conduct ‘Show-rounds’ and consultations with potential clients, showcasing the venues features and amenities.
• Maintain manual filing system to company standards.
• Maintenance of all market segment databases.
• Co-ordinate and execute all direct mailings as instructed by the Meeting and Events Manager.
• Assist with the co-ordination of corporate hospitality events.
• Conduct Market research/telesales campaigns as required.
• Compile sales packs and ensure that an adequate supply of relevant stationary and brochures are in stock.
• Meet specific sales targets set by management and head office.
• Understand the business strategy of the company and help engage in the activity plans - annual, quarterly, and monthly.
• Responsible for delivering memorable events for our clients with an individual bespoke approach, is a key part of the role.
• Strong knowledge of Opera PMS and Sales and catering system are a requirement.
• Utilise the hotel space to generate maximum revenue.
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing packages to clients, negotiating terms as required to secure bookings.
