The Opportunity:

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, the successful incumbent will lead a team of 2 store assistants on daily warehousing activities, overseeing the movement and tracking of finished products and raw materials, and improving the operations of material flow.

The Job:

• Lead 2 store assistants on daily logistics operations.
• Coordinate and follow up on import and export shipments and deliveries with suppliers, forwarders and key customers.
• Oversee and manage daily warehouse activities.
• Perform order fulfillment, including order tracking, generating invoices and following up on billings.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Provide general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, generating reports and documentation.
• Generate non-stock purchase order.
• Handle incoming calls and attend to visitors when necessary.

The Talent:

• Min. Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or any other related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in warehouse management, prior experience in leading a team.
