The Need

For 25 years, IJM has pioneered the work to protect vulnerable people from violence. 9 out of 9 times in the last decade, IJM’s Justice System Strengthening Projects have reduced slavery and violence between 50 and 85% for very large populations of people in poverty. As we grow to expand our impact to protect 500 million people from violence by 2030, we are seeking a Sr. Coordinator, Marketing Cloud to deliver the strategy and execution of email marketing, SMS marketing, and journey-building. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of configuring Marketing Cloud, who can work alongside our Salesforce team and audience owners to ensure we get the most out of the platform and deliver great constituent experiences.

The Sr. Coordinator, Marketing Cloud will take their passion for digital marketing and fundraising, platform operations and marketing analytics to execute on IJM’s email, texting, journey building, and audience building functionalities. This role will be central on the digital marketing team, representing how email, text, and other Marketing Cloud capabilities can best be used to serve our goal of increasing awareness, engagement, and revenue to end slavery in our lifetime. The ideal candidate will be driven by data, team collaboration and refining marketing strategies. They will joyfully dive into details to see how various forms of digital communication and channels perform and look to continuously improve results for lead generation, fundraising and advocacy.

This position is based in the Washington, DC area and is available to be hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays). Remote employment may be considered on a case by case basis. This position reports to the Director, Creative & Digital Services and is only available for candidates with the right to work in the US.

Responsibilities:

Policies and Procedures

• Configure business process managed through Marketing Cloud, e.g. content approval processes.

• Solution design and execution of Marketing Cloud, ensuring best practices are followed and the full features of the solution are used, where appropriate.

• Provide technical oversight of the use of Marketing Cloud, ensuring standard processes are followed with quality assurance in mind.

Communication

• Work closely with regional stakeholders, Salesforce GTS team, Audience Owners, and Business Operation teams to design and develop solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

• Collaborate with the GTS Salesforce team to troubleshoot any Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionality issues to identify and solve for root cause.

• Act as point of contact to address anomalies and troubleshooting of the solution to identify source issues while working across teams to drive resolution.

Research, Program Management and M&E

• Provide support to audience owner teams using Marketing Cloud.

• Establish an intimate understanding of source data, to drive campaign tactics and customer journey goals.

Documentation, Reporting & Data Management

• Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create and maintain Lists, Data Extensions and update subscriber lists and create segmentation groups.

• Map Data across multiple data sources, driving standardization and creating workflows that support personalization in customer communications.

• Partner with Data and Insights team on Google Analytics integrations with SFMC.

Clerical and Administration

• Build email and SMS campaigns according to project input requirements: verify content, images, design/layout, links and any opportunity for dynamic content.

General Tasks

• Participate in IJM’s community of spiritual formation.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree Required.

• 2+ years in digital marketing execution.

• 3+ years marketing automation experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, responsibilities including systems design, database management, administration and implementation and hands on knowledge of Studios and Builders is a must.

• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant Credential preferred.

• Marketing Cloud Email Specialist.

• Marketing Cloud Consultant and Marketing Cloud Developer a plus.

• Experience working with and serving multiple stakeholders and strategies.

Technical Competencies

• Configure and run triggers and API calls within the Marketing Cloud platform.

• Deep knowledge of Email Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Mobile Studio, Analytics Builder, Ad Studio, Audience Builder & Automation Studio components.

• Experience with basic HTML (For example, creating tables, links, and bolding).

• Working knowledge of AMPscript, HTML, CSS, SQL and/or SOQL.

• Excellent marketing copy writing/editing skills.

As a Data Analyst in the Innovation and Lifecycle Marketing (ILM) organization, reporting to the Senior Manager of Innovation Marketing, you will join an Agile group leading the development of growth strategies across Autodesk, including product-led growth (PLG). • Experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on complex data analysis and strategic insights

• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret large and diverse datasets

• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to extract and present insights

• Work with Regional Property Managers and Property Managers on creating and implementing strategic marketing plans.

• Develop community marketing budgets. Operate within this budget and make recommendations for marketing (advertisements, collateral, promotional events and gifts) as necessary.

• Coach community staff on how to properly engage, track and follow-up with neighborhood outreach efforts.

• Work with onsite teams and vendor to ensure marketing collateral is correct and fits within the property and Cushman & Wakefield brand standards.

• Spot check and provide feedback on the advertising checklist and Craigslist postings for all communities.

• Monitor community marketing initiatives in accordance with the strategic plan and adjust based on specific needs to maximize traffic.

• Maintain knowledge of competitive market conditions. Obtain and review a copy of the market survey for each community.

• Knowledge of and ability to extract management information from all management sources and systems and ability this data to each community’s marketing needs. (Review analytics and make recommendations)

• Support marketing initiatives at the community level by reinforcing monthly marketing calls, new resources/rollouts and providing training and coaching to staff as necessary. On a limited basis, review collateral material from both internal and external graphic design and printing sources.

• Provide feedback to ensure all marketing communication material adheres to brand standards. Recognize any collateral or business practices that are not in accordance with Cushman & Wakefield brand standards or other requirements. Provide assistance in updating these items to the company standards.

• Understand various marketing products to be able to ensure correct pricing, availability, photos, etc. is being shown online.

• Assist with facilitation of monthly marketing calls.

• Ability to troubleshoot a struggling asset and come up with an action plan to increase occupancy, resolve challenges, etc.

• Attend bimonthly RVP calls with your regions. Prepare discussion materials for regional meetings. Monitor the execution and completion of tasks identified during these meetings or calls

• Encourages a direct and positive relationship between community and company.

• Continually research and make recommendations on new opportunities and marketing channels in the local market.

• Participate in new business opportunities within the region and be the primary point of contact for Marketing with new business endeavors within the region.

• Provide direction, guidance and support to Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator positions.

• Performs any and all other projects and tasks as directed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education and/or Experience: College degree or 3 plus years of industry experience in a marketing discipline.

• Property and marketing experience preferred. Knowledge of Yardi product suite is a plus Skills/Specialized Knowledge: MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

We have the unique opportunity for a Director, Energy Sales & Structuring to join our Corporate Sales & Structuring group. The broad mandate to grow market share in Commodities will require the candidate to utilize knowledge of corporate capital structuring, financing and physical flows to provide innovative and customized solutions to BMO’s broad Corporate and Commercial client base. This role includes direct responsibility of monetizing market knowledge through relationships as well as building and executing structured transactions with clients. This requires a deep understanding of the pricing and mechanics of each energy product; liquidity, regulatory, risk and credit considerations; and anticipating global energy market developments.

The Corporate Sales & Structuring group is a team within BMO Global Markets Client Coverage responsible for originating and executing hedging and financing transactions for BMO’s corporate and commercial clients. Working closely with investment, corporate and commercial banking, the team serves as product experts with a coverage universe including foreign exchange, interest rate and equity derivatives, structured finance, equity linked securities, energy and environmental commodities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Client Relationship Management :

• Personally develop reputation for BMO as a commodities leader for a portfolio of new and existing clients
• Build and monetize relationships with clients by identifying market opportunities, pricing and executing live trades across energy commodities
• Business development and acquisition of new derivative clients including leading customized analysis for pitches
• Ensure that all new trade bookings and trade amendments are accurately reflected in trading systems and confirmations, on trading platforms, and conform to regulatory requirements

Transaction Modelling & Financial Analysis :

• Performing quantitative, financial, and legal structuring across energy commodities
• Develop customized hedging and risk management tools to meet client needs, including launching new derivative products
• Generate and manage financial models to analyze trade opportunities across energy products
• Understand all software systems for trading and pricing transactions
• Credit analysis, including CVA/FVA and capital

Collaboration

• Be a strong partner and collaborator with the Energy Sales & Trading teams to share market information and solve complex problems
• Build relationships with product partners across Global Markets to provide/solicit cross-product mandates for new opportunities
• Continuously coaching and mentor Analysts, Associates and Vice Presidents
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through strong cross-department coordination with the following groups:

Qualifications

Knowledge

• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of global energy markets – financial and physical; specific knowledge of Western Canadian markets is considered an asset
• Deep understanding and ability to model financial risks and pricing analytics, particularly with OTC derivatives
• Thorough knowledge of derivative structuring including options
• Relevant experience and passion for working in a direct client facing role, including in-depth understanding of legal governing documents and credit support
• Masters in Mathematical Finance, Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics and/or Statistics, or other appropriate quantitative discipline is considered an asset

Skills

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) particularly the ability to distill complex product and market nuance to commercial stakeholders as well as internal partners
• Very strong business development skills including ability to network and establish industry relationships across existing and novel commodity products and markets
• Strong skills in quantitative analytics, financial modeling, and credit analysis
• Expertise in financial computer applications including MS Excel, VBA, and Bloomberg. Strong proficiency in other Microsoft Office products.
• Able to exercise independent thought and judgment under limited supervision and to adapt to new tasks with little notice
• Excellent collaborator in a team setting and seasoned mentor of junior staff
