Our client, a reputable Multi-business Company, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for Group level.
You will lead our digital marketing efforts with a strategic approach to drive growth and brand awareness. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing all digital marketing activities across various platforms to ensure successful customer acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing digital campaigns and a proven track record of driving impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
· Evaluate the performance of digital marketing campaigns and create detailed reports on their impact and findings. Use data-driven insights to inform future strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
· Analyze the results of launched initiatives to identify areas for improvement. Implement scalable and efficient processes to optimize resources and achieve better outcomes.
· Stay updated on the latest digital marketing technologies and thought leadership. Identify and integrate new tools and platforms that can enhance marketing efforts.
· Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. Tailor campaigns to different target segments to maximize engagement and conversion.
· Collaborate with various teams to design and execute a unified digital marketing strategy. Ensure consistency and alignment across all digital channels and programs for cohesive brand messaging.
· Create and manage social media marketing campaigns. Develop content ideas, plan budgets, and implement schedules to enhance social media presence and engagement.
· Enhance marketing content for the website and social networking channels like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Google Plus. Ensure content is optimized for search engines and user experience.
· Lead partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and outreach of marketing campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications in digital marketing is preferred.
· At least 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing in B2C industry, with good experience in a leadership role. Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
· Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
· Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Experience with performance measurement and optimization techniques
· Project Management: Strong project management skills to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
· Familiarity with B2C industry-specific trends and challenges.
· Experience in managing global digital marketing campaigns. Understanding of cross-cultural marketing dynamics.
· Knowledge of web development, HTML, CSS, and other technical skills relevant to digital marketing
· Marketing Automation: Proficiency in marketing automation tools and strategies to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.
