Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products that's quality is recognised as second to none. Due to exciting plans for 2023 they are looking for a Quality Engineer to join their Engineering team.
Role & Responsibilities:
Repair of all types of CNC machinery and manufacturing equipment,
Planning preventative maintenance schedules
knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical control circuits, electronic systems, and the ability to read and interpret schematics
Active participation in site improvements
understand machining/manufacturing principles and be able to use appropriate precision measuring equipment for example, Micrometers, Optical measuring devices, Multimeters
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
A recognised maintenance apprenticeship.
18th Edition Electrical qualification.
Previous experience of engineering / manufacturing role
Lean manufacturing tools and techniques including 5S

Salary:- £42,000 - £46,000
Hours:- Monday - Friday Days - 37.5hrs a week - half day Friday
