Your new role
You will be working as a plumber and wetroom fitter. We are looking for someone who has plenty of experience fitting and installing plumbing systems and wetroom fixtures in domestic sites. You will be expected to work in both tenanted and void properties as part of the planned maintenance team. You must be able to use your own initiative and continuously be able to show you can meet targets. Communication is key and a must in this role as you must be able to provide a great service to the end user while representing your new company.

The successful candidate will understand the principles of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines for Pharmaceutical Distributors and carry out the duties in such a way that they demonstrate compliance. Overview
This is a full time employment opportunity where the pay is negotiable. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including but not limited to simple electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs

- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff members

- Diagnose and address maintenance issues efficiently and effectively

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs and materials used

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

Driving
- Must hold a full and valid UK driving license. Travel to different sites as needed for maintenance tasks

Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance or related field

- General maintenance work including resealing, lock changes and general day to day repair

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail

- Simple electrical repairs and plumbing skills with fault finding of potential leaks, isolating valves etc

- Customer service-oriented mindset with good communication skills

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
