Qualifications

The Technology Transformation Program Analyst will provide analytical support and oversight of technology plans for the Compliance and Finance Program Groups (PGs). The Program Analyst must have strong critical thinking and analytical skills, experience working on large-scale efforts, and the ability to work well with other functions/lines of businesses.

The book of work is a rapidly changing mix of process innovation, regulatory compliance, customer product creation, financial control, and business reengineering engagements. This role requires exemplary communication, influencing and analytical skills.

The role will be part of the Transformation Execution Team, which is within the COO Transformation organization.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential areas of risks for technology-related efforts and suggest mitigation strategies. This requires the ability to categorize, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources.

Job Background/context

Equity Swaps Middle Office sits within Citi Market Operations supporting the Delta One Business and is part of the overall Prime Finance Middle Office unit. The primary responsibility is managing a number of our Prime Swap clients while providing Trade Processing support to the Desk and Business.  The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for all operational queries for their client base and they will interact closely with clients and internally across the Business, Middle Office and Operations.

This this a newly created team within the Equity Swaps Middle Office, with the primary purpose of affirming the Cash impact of Derivative lifecycle events with our Synthetic Prime Brokerage customer base with the goal of improving the overall settlement rate with ours. Responsibilities include providing first class operational client support, trade & trade lifecycle event exception management and root cause analysis of exceptions to drive both platform and behavioral improvements. There will be increasing focus on providing innovative value add services to increase the client experience, whilst reducing Manual Touchpoints (MTP’s), driving operational efficiency and improving the overall settlement rate. The successful candidate will be developed into an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in their respective areas of focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for client operational queries
• Overseeing the clients cashflow lifecycle, affirmation economics with customers and exception handling root causes that cause discrepancy
• Management of client trade activity, liaising with the Desk and Clients to resolve any issues
• Contribute to the development of new techniques for the trade life cycle, and improve processes and workflows

Team members should have the skillset to lead client meetings on topics such as Metric Pack presentation, Yearly/Half Year/Quarterly client service reviews or ad-hoc issue/resolution meetings. 
• Innovation/Creative Thinking: Each team member should offer creative and innovative solutions (based on their skills above) to client issues when they arise.  Members should also look to harness these innovation skills to develop a record of process improvement, procedure control strengthening and reduction of manual touch points (MTPs). 
• Business Liaison: Team members will partner with the business and Client Executive team to help drive behavioral improvements on cash affirmation timeliness.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

Iowa State University's Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition invites applications for a 9-month Assistant/Associate/Full Professor (tenure-track) faculty position in Dairy Products Science and Technology. The position is 30% research, 30% teaching, 25% administration, and 15% service.

The selected candidate will conduct research in Dairy Products Science and Technology, focusing on establishing a dynamic, externally funded research program. They will teach undergraduate courses within the Food Science core curriculum, advise undergraduate students, and mentor graduate students. Additionally, this role includes directing the Iowa State University Creamery and contributing to the leadership of the Midwest Dairy Foods Research Center. The candidate will also be involved in campus committees, lead student activities, serve the dairy industry, and engage in professional organizations at both national and international levels.

The Challenge:

• Provides aid to the program, organization, system, or enclave’s information assurance program.
• Lends assistance for proposing, coordinating, implementing, and enforcing information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies.
• Maintains operational security posture for an information system or program to ensure information systems security policies, standards, and procedures are established and followed.
• Assists with the management of security aspects of the information system and performs day-to-day security operations of the system.
• Evaluates security solutions to ensure they meet security requirements for processing classified information.
• Performs vulnerability/risk assessment analysis to support certification and accreditation.
• Provides configuration management (CM) for information system security software, hardware, and firmware.
• Manages changes to system and assesses the security impact of those changes.
• Prepares and reviews documentation to include System Security Plans (SSPs), Risk Assessment Reports, Certification and Accreditation (C&A) packages, and System Requirements Traceability Matrices (SRTMs).
• Assists security authorization activities in compliance with Information System Certification and Accreditation Process (NISCAP) and DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF).

What Sets You Apart:

• ​Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security, or related discipline and preferably 12 or more years of related experience, in lieu of Bachelor's Degree or a Technical Bachelor’s Degree an additional 4 Years of experience will be considered.
• Candidates with customer specific experience and less than 12 years total experience will be considered on a case by case
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as an ISSO supporting IC or DoD programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• DoD 8570 compliance with IAM Level II or IAT Level III (i.e., CASP, CISSP, or Associate)

Clearance Required:

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Security Clearance
