We design, develop and manufacture industrial machineries / automation for Semiconductor and Electronics Industries. The key tasks in this position are planning, conducting of experiments to determine optimal process parameters to allow best performance of machineries we design. The engineer is to also execute demo & conduct training for service members / agents and customers as well.
- Initiate, design, conduct, analyse and document control experiments for continuous process and equipment improvements
- characterize & optimise manufacturing processes
- provide support to customer related issue
- assist in trouble-shoot manufacturing and process issues
- maintain & enhance quality system
- document process development, tool operation and maintenance
- design and development of next generation knowledge-based product
- Degree in Process, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Materials Engineering
- Strong Statistical knowledge is a must
- Competent with statistical tools such as SPC, DOE etc.
- minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing process
- knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing process especially in ESD requirements and control will be added advantage
- experience in project management will be added advantage
