The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various operational functions including HR, Finance, Procurement & Logistics, Office Administration, IT support and Corporate Compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Human Resources :
- Manage recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Maintain employee records, HR policies and compliance with Singapore labour law
- Coordinate training programs and performance appraisal processes
2. Finance :
- Accounts Receivables and Payables bookkeeping and processing activities
- Work with outsourced accounting and banking requirements
3. Procurement & Logistics :
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement
- Manage relationship with vendors and track procurement activities
- Work with logistics receiving team
- Manage shipment process
4. Office Administration :
- Supervise daily office operations
- Manage office supplies, factilities and equipment
- Coordinate meetings, conferences and travel arrangements
5. IT Support :
- Provide basic IT support for internal staff
- Collaborate with external IT vendors for system maintanance and issue resolution
- Ensure security and integrity of company IT infrastructure
6. Corporate Compliance & Special Projects
- Ensure compliance with authorities (MOM, NEA etc)
- Manage special projects and initiatives (CSR, ISO etc)
