We are looking for a Finance Manager to work within our Medicine Board to lead the Divisional Financial analysis and reporting for four of our Divisions. The Finance Manager will work with the senior leadership team across the Medical Specialties, Infection, Integration, and Camden MSK Divisions to ensure the consistent achievement of financial performance and outcome targets that supports the delivery of high quality patient care.
You will be expected to work in a way that facilitates collaborative partnerships to achieve the Trust’s strategic vision. The successful candidate will be expected to make an active contribution to the running of the Medicine Board Finance team, generating service improvement ideas and deputising as and when required for the Board’s Head of Finance. You will be a qualified accountant, a strong communicator and will be able to work with non-finance staff to present complex financial information in ways which will ensure engagement and understanding.
