We are inviting candidates for the position of:
Regional Finance Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manage full set of accounts, AP entries and bank reconciliation
- Processing of employees’ monthly expense claims
- To ensure absolute accuracy and timely record of accounting transactions and management reporting and schedules
- Prepare outgoing payables and providing payment advice
- Manage vendor balance reconciliation and follow-up with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Coordinates monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and prepares ad hoc financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
- Review standard operating procedures relating to fixed & current assets, including assessment of asset obsolescence.
- Review monthly reconciliation schedules relating to bank balances, payables, inter-company balances etc.
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation required for audits.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
- Correspond with various other departments, discussing plans and recommending future courses of actions.
- Manage the FP&A function and providing advisory to operational matters in relation to financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
- Supporting Regional role for SEAO region
Requirements:
• A Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or other professional qualifications such as ACCA.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience, with proven operational excellence record.
• Working knowledge of SAP is highly advantageous.
• Experience working for MNCs with dynamic ERP system.
• Knowledge of local and international accounting standards, law & regulations, concepts and systems to ensure compliance, internal controls and timely and accurate financial statements.
• Experience in advertising business or service industry is preferred.
