Qualifications:

• Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

We’re actively seeking a talented Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer who will be responsible for the delivery of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) products and capabilities required to support the enterprise infrastructure and business line applications.  In this role, you will lead the development of the IGA strategy and corresponding roadmaps considering the corporate strategy, industry security trends and regulatory requirements. You will also collaborate and coordinate with other IT leaders, technologists and support staffs to ensure the requirements are clearly defined and established timelines are met. Finally, you will work to improve and track the maturity of the IAM IGA products and capabilities showing increased adoption, speed to market, and resiliency. This role can be hybrid or fully remote.

How you will make an impact:

•  Serve as the IGA platform owner for the IAM department
•  Establish a strategy and multi-year plan incorporating all parts of IGA: access requests, lifecycle events, provisioning functions, role-based access, separation of duties, access certifications
• Architect, design, develop and troubleshoot IGA solutions with the ability to provide technical and architectural design documentation, recommendations, specifications, use cases, requirements and test cases
• Create solutions that drive full automation, self-service, and resiliency
• Eliminate duplicative capabilities where possible, reduce complexities, and leverage enterprise standards and industry best practices
• Define code repository management and agile delivery methodologies for deployments
•  Establish strong relationships and collaborate with technology partners and business lines to define agreed upon requirements and outcome
• Define best practice and development of troubleshooting processes, methodologies, standards, alerts and reporting from IGA platform(s) to be leveraged for operational monitoring
• Identify, manage and remediate existing or future risks, issues, and roadblocks for timely delivery
• Partner with internal technical teams ensuring the strategy and roadmaps are well understood while monitoring successful implementation
• Lead change, by acting as change agent, to use skills and expertise to inspire a shared purpose of intent, drive awareness, communications, documentation, and training
•  Develop and implement program communications framework and metrics to keep stakeholders, customers, and IAM colleagues well informed
•  Contribute to the development and maintenance of information security strategy and architecture

The experience you will bring:

• 10+ years Information Security experience, with strong focus in IAM IGA platforms (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, ForgeRock, Microsoft Entra ID, ClearSkye)
• Detailed knowledge and experience in enabling new, migrating to, and/or managing an enterprise IGA platform based on best practices.
• Experience with integrating IGA capabilities with ServiceNow like platforms
• Experience with centralized and decentralized IGA models
• Experience with code repository management tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, etc.
• Experience with designing and developing J2EE/Java applications, web services, and databases
• Detailed knowledge and experience with automating IGA processes by leveraging out of box capabilities, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or custom build connectors / APIs.
• Knowledge and experience of Least Privileged Access Modeling, Role Based Access Control, and Separation of Duty
•  Experience with Agile methodologies and corresponding Agile based tools
• Proven ability to influence and gain trust at senior management levels in multi-cultural environments

• Responsible for the implementation and administration of the Sullivan Cotter Clinician Nexus – Performance Suite, a physician compensation software comprised of modules for keeping physicians engaged and retained by transparently aligning compensation and performance goals.
• Supports Provider Practices with budget preparation, including but not limited to development of charge and net revenue targets, staffing, and capital needs. Works in close collaboration with cost center managers to prepare financial plans providing assistance and direction as necessary.
• Supports FPG operations team in analyzes and monitoring of revenues, expenditures, and trends for general budget compliance and to identify and determine the nature of variances, unexpected trends and/or financial impacts. Aids with cost center standardization and oversight.

• Prepares physician production/compensation, staffing FTE, RVU’s and other monthly reports and analysis. Utilizing external vendors such as MGMA, AAMC and CPSC to provide physician / APP compensation and productivity metrics.
• Supports Director for approval of all personnel within Workday, to ensure compliance with AMC pay policies and position control protocols. Assist in the review of unbudgeted expenditures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree - required

Job Description:

We’re actively seeking a talented Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to join our Institutional Product Division in Newport Beach, CA (hybrid schedule).

The Senior Executive Administrative Specialist will be responsible for a broad range of administrative and technical duties in support of the Institutional Division. This person will be the primary administrative support for our Head of Institutional Retirement Solutions and other senior staff. We are seeking a candidate who can maintain a positive and professional attitude under pressure, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a deadline driven environment.

How you will make an impact:

• Calendar management utilizing Microsoft Outlook; must be flexible with last minute schedule changes and urgent meeting requests
• Coordinate conference/meeting room set-up, order catering, and make logistical arrangements including ensuring audio/video equipment is functioning properly in advance of meetings
• Ad-hoc administrative projects and general administrative support
• Use Concur to arrange and maintain travel plans and itineraries
• Use Concur to assist with the timely submission of expense reports and all appropriate follow-up work
• Processing invoices from external parties
• Screening and handling of telephone calls

The experience you will bring: 

• 5+ years administrative experience supporting senior level executives and general administrative suppo
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 applications (Outlook, Word,Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
• Approachable, professional and self-motivated individual with a positive and can-do attitude
• Ability to make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling work
• Must have exceptional organizational skills, be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks, think independently, maintain confidentiality, use discretion, able to handle time sensitive projects and adapt to changes quickly
• Excellent problem solving and administrative skills to handle a wide variety of complex situations
• Ability to resolve conflicts involving specific administrative responsibilities
• Must be extremely detailed-oriented and use sound judgment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work well with all levels of people within the organization, inter-department coordination and organization skills
• Ability to maintain a calm and diplomatic manner
• Must be able to work occasional overtime as required

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
