Job Description

Leadership and Management:

• Lead and manage the hospitality team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. You will lead two direct reports, Conference Centre Manager and Client Centre Manager.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.

Client Experience:

• Support with implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Address and resolve client feedback promptly and professionally, and analyse to identify areas for improvement.

Operations Management:

• Oversee daily operations of all our hospitality services within the Conference Centre and Client Centre.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service delivery.

Financial Management:

• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and service standards.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.

Event Coordination:

• Oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring all details are managed efficiently.
• Working collaboratively with our sister companies and our clients to understand their needs and deliver above and beyond expectations.

Qualifications

• Successful Hospitality background, within a managerial position.
• Ability to display a real passion for food, customer service and exceeding expectations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and able to demonstrate an analytical approach to problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and comfortable communicating with a range of stakeholders.
• Ability to work using own initiative, and act proactively and promptly to last minute requests.
• Proficiency in hospitality management software and tools, financially and commercially astute.

This exciting role will play a pivotal part in the launch and execution of a new lifestyle brand, delivering ‘brilliantly considered stays’ in London.

Under the supervision of the global marketing team and working with the hotel GM, you will be the main marketing representative on the ground for London and will play a crucial role in the opening of a brand-new hotel in Earl's Court.

Create promotional materials for the hotel, restaurant and bar using systems including Adobe Creative Suite tools and Canva.
Support sales team with any sales collateral requests.
Update copy for the website and email marketing campaigns.
Be the point person on the ground for the local PR agency – assisting with press visits to the hotel, restaurant and bar.
Proactive outreach to local partners/companies to drive footfall to our food and beverage outlets and to generate engaging programming in our spaces.

Qualifications

• Successful Hospitality background in 5 star/Michelin star environment, ideally within Contract Catering.
• Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and able to demonstrate an analytical approach to problem solving.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to work on own initiative,.
• Financially and commercially astute.
• Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate or above.
• Proficiency in hospitality management software and tools.

Job Description

Leadership and Management:

• Work alongside the head of hospitality to manage the hospitality team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service delivery.

Financial Management:

• Support with budget management for hospitality operations.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and service standards.

Strategic Planning:.

• Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies and packages.

Vendor and Resource Management:

• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers.
