AI based maintenace & Reliability Optimization Engineer:
Develop engineering solutions to overcome repetitive failures and other problems that adversely affect plant operations.
Manage and supervise a team of Calibration/E&I Technicians to perform instrument calibration and instrument maintenance activities
• Support maintenance operations and shutdown activities by working with Supervisor and Engineer on developing the annual PM plan, setting work priorities; scheduling PM activities, coordinating and resources planning to meet the schedule in cost-effective way.
Drive Sustainability: Lead initiatives for waste reduction, carbon emissions, and water conservation; assess and adopt renewable energy solutions for the manufacturing plants in semi conductor and petrochemical sectors
Continuous Improvement: Apply data-driven approaches to improve asset reliability and sustainability, integrating best practices across the manufacturing plant.
AI-driven predictive maintenance improves operational efficiency by optimizing maintenance schedules and resource allocation. Analyzing real-time data and predictive analytics allows AI algorithms to prioritize tasks and allocate resources more effectively.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s in reliablity engineering or related field
• Ability to garner technical insights from large engineering data sets using analytical tools and concepts; making competitive
