We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated service manager to join our busy Surgery, Perioperative Medicine and Adult Critical Care team. You will support this award-winning team to effectively manage patient flow, admin and clerical teams, service improvement projects, and financial performance.

Domestic Gas Engineers required for large housing maintenance specialist with lots of work in East and central London areas. Suitable candidates must be competent with breakdown and servicing on all domestic gas boilers.

There is a requirement for all of the engineers in the team to cover callout. This is 1 day per week, every week and rolling ( including weekend days). Out of hours are 24hr, however after 10pm will only be for major water leaks. These are paid at £40 incomplete and £50 for completions. Overtime works at 1.5 hour rate travel to job and time to complete. There are also opportunities for training and development.

Suitable Gas engineers must hold domestic ACS qualifications for CENWAT, CCN, CKR,HTR. Qualifications in OFTEC or LPG are also desired but not essential.

• Speaking to patients about their appointments who may be in pain or distressed

Your duties as a Technical Support Engineer / IT Helpdesk Analyst / Service Desk Technician include:

• Manage and respond to helpdesk tickets through the Halo platform, maintaining an organised and timely workflow to support end-users

• Deploy and configure devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, ensuring systems are prepared and secure for new users

• Administer Entra Active Directory, ensuring users have appropriate access and permissions for seamless operations

• Provide ongoing support for the company’s bespoke software, ensuring high system performance, security, and user satisfaction

• Collaborate with team members to maintain an optimised, secure IT environment that aligns with organisational goals


CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in helpdesk support and device management

• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Entra Active Directory

• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical users

• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving in a team-driven environment

• Experience with bespoke software support is a plus

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated operational manager to join our busy gynaecology team as a Service Delivery Manager.

The post holder will be joining a diverse multipdisciplinary team of clinicians and operational collegues.

The successful candidate will take a leading role in the day-to-day management of the clinics, including the new Single Point of Access, ensuring there are robust processes in place that enable clinic slots to be booked to optimum utilisation so that there are minimal DNA’s and cancellations and the correct patients are booked into each clinic.

The post holder will work closely with operational and clinical leads from the gynecological team, and will play a key part in supporting these teams to embed improved clinical pathways and service redesign initiatives in line with their clinical strategy.

This position will be responsible for the day-to-day clinic management of these services to ensure that all patients are booked in accordance to the Trust Patient Access Policy.

The post holder will support the clinical teams to develop their services in accordance to their clinical strategy, ensuring efficient management of Women’s Health Hub clinics and wider gynaecology outpatient appointments. This will include Consultants, senior nursing and operational colleagues.

The post holder will be responsible for establishing and monitoring clear and transparent measures of success (KPIs) for the outpatient services, such as ensuring optimal utilization of clinics, reducing cancellations and decreasing the DNA rate whilst also ensuring a good patient experience that is safe and adheres to national and Trust guidelines.

You will support the directorate’s implementation of service improvement as appropriate and general development of services. You will pay a key part in supporting change as part of the review and improvement of care pathways alongside clinical teams.

The post holder will work 6 PAs in the North Islington Recovery & Rehabilitation Team, a community mental health team that treats people with psychotic illnesses. The North Islington Recovery Team is part of the care pathway for patients in HoNOS care clusters 11, 12 and 13, i.e., patients with psychotic illnesses. The care pathway applies the recovery model of care. It delivers evidence-based treatments to patients living in the northern part of Islington. The team is based at: 1 Lowther Road, London N7 8US, and is co-located with the Core Team, The Personality Disorder Team and the Community Rehab Team.
