Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Sevenoaks, Kent
Pay Range/details: £24,000-£28,000
Contract Type: Permanent full time.
Omega has an exciting opportunity with our amazing client for a customer service advisor position. Trusted by thousands of commercial and residential customers across the UK, the team have over 30 years’ experience in cleaning, maintaining and refurbishing everything from entire luxury hotel chains to small domestic properties.
Key Responsibilities – Customer Service Advisor
• Contact clients via phone and email to schedule window cleaning appointments on for commercial properties mostly based in London.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and gather feedback on services rendered.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a satisfactory resolution for all parties involved.
• Document and escalate complaints to the appropriate department if necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, getting to know their preferences and ensuring a personalized service experience.
• Provide administrative support to the customer service team and other departments as required.
• Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to customer service activities.
• The Customer Services Representative will be responsible for contacting clients to schedule cleaning appointments, managing customer relationships, handling complaints, and assisting with staff parking logistics. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Qualifications & Requirements –Customer Service Advisor
• GSCE or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
• A friendly and approachable demeanour with a genuine desire to help clients.
