About the Program

Being part of our 2-year International Wealth Management Graduate Program, you will be provided with exposure and insights into various areas of wealth management through a rotational schedule. Your learning areas will include investments, product and lending solutions, trading in different asset classes, trust and wealth planning, business management and client onboarding. You will work closely under the supervision of experienced professionals or specialists to conduct research, analysis, and develop investment ideas, strategies and opportunities for our clients. Mandatories are:

• Experience in Business Analysis. 8-10 years
• Experience in Digital Channels and in transaction banking. 5 years+
• Understanding of Technology but no need to have coding experience
• Capturing, analyzing and eliciting business Requirements: Elaborating JIRA stories
• Agile product development experience

Nice to haves are:

• Detailed Knowledge in how Payments work in Singapore vs Malaysia vs Hong Kong (regulatory too)
• Knowledge of Technology trends e.g. how does a digital bank approach digital channel?
• API /SWIFT experience
