5. Evaluate and review the pre-contract cost estimates, cash flow projection, feasibility studies and cost analysis done by the QS team on all aspects.
6. Manage the All the work done in accordance with approved design, material used and workmanship is in compliance with contract specifications.
7. Lead & Manage Project TeamsIn delivering service standards expected by the clients & consultant
   In Utilizing material usage that are fit for project specifications
   In ensuring that project schedules are met on time
   In rectifying & resolving project site issues

As a Technical Art Director / CG Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in our game development process by leading and inspiring a team of technical artists and animators. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between art and technology, ensuring that our games achieve cutting-edge visuals while maintaining optimal performance on console platforms.

You will be required to work across all our studio locations with both Art Directors and Project Artists, tackling the many different production challenges faced during the natural development of console games. As the Technical Art/Anim Director you will report into the Global Head of Art.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Team Leadership: Build, lead and manage a team of technical artists and technical animators, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to help them excel in their roles.
2. Art and Technology Integration: Collaborate closely with art and engineering teams to drive the seamless integration of art assets and technology, focusing on optimization and efficiency, developing an understanding of the needs of the clients as well as our own internal teams.
3. Performance Optimization: Develop and implement technical art strategies to optimize game performance on console platforms, including graphics rendering, memory usage, and load times.
4. Art Pipelines: Create and maintain efficient art pipelines that ensure a smooth workflow for the art team, reducing iteration times and improving quality.
5. Visual Quality: Set and maintain high standards for visual quality, ensuring that the artistic vision is realized within the constraints of console hardware.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure that art and technology are aligned with gameplay and design requirements.
7. Research and Development: Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and lead R&D efforts to incorporate innovative art techniques and tools into the development process.
8. Develop and implement: New animation tools based on both client and the project needs.     
9. Documentation and Training: Produce and maintain technical documentation for the art team and provide training and knowledge sharing on best practices and new tools.

Senior Director, Design and Engineering (Data Centre)

Our client is looking for a senior director to manage their data centre design / engineering for regional expansion. You will be leading the inhouse engineering design team.

Responsibilities:

· To ensure we deliver to our customers on time and on budget.

· Lead the internal & external design teams as our project technical lead.

· Develop innovative Building & associated MEP solutions for our data centres.

· Collaborate with both internal and external construction and commissioning teams.

· Drive continuous engineering solutions across the business by leading the design of customer-centric solutions.

· Lead a project design team from inception to delivery of multi-MW hyperscale solutions.

· Develop high-level schematics of Building & associated MEP solutions.

· Develop Basis of Design documents to communicate design intent externally and internally.

Requirements:

· Minimum 20+ years' experience in design and project delivery across multiple industries

· 10+ years’ experience working for a data centre design experience in the Asia Pacific market as a consultant will be an advantage.

· Strong leadership and foresight to lead multi-disciplinary teams across multiple geographies.

· Exceptionally flexible and forward-thinking as you must be ready for continuous change in direction.

· Willing to make decisions and be accountable for them.

· Excel at communication and can deliver effective presentations on data centre operations to customers, peers, and management.

· Willing to travel to other APAC regions on a regular basis.
