About the role:
Culinary Administrative Executive
The Culinary Administrative Executive will provide essential support to the culinary team across all kitchens at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, including Nobu Singapore. This role involves overseeing administrative duties, managing inventory, and facilitating seamless kitchen operations. What you will do:
Administrative Support:
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Executive Chef.
- Maintain and update kitchen staff schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing levels.
- Take notes during kitchen briefings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Facilitate communication within the culinary team and with other departments.
- Assist in signing and transmitting documents issued by/for the Executive Chef, including Duty Rosters, Overtime Requests and Training Checklist.
Inventory & Supply Management:
- Place general item orders for kitchen utensils and general store in internal purchasing system and handle the receiving.
Operational Coordination:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations across all kitchens.
- Coordinate special culinary events and functions, liaising with event planners and the culinary team.
- Ensure reminder are sent to attend Regular/Scheduled meetings
- Review Promotion Calendar and prepare Capex New Request.
- Follow up with Interview and Food Tasting coordination and administration.
Team Support:
- Serve as the main point of contact for kitchen staff regarding scheduling conflicts and uniform needs.
- Assist in onboarding new kitchen staff, ensuring proper orientation and training coordination.
- Support the culinary team in daily operations, including light kitchen duties as needed.
- Update the organization chart regularly.
Nobu-Specific Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Nobu team to ensure alignment with global Nobu standards.
- Support the Nobu culinary team by managing food orders and resolving issues with purchasing.
- Assist in the preparation of Nobu-related events, including menu changes and guest chef appearances.
- Ensure timely communication between Nobu management and Four Seasons Hotel administration.
What you bring:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or its equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience of culinary support or administration, ideally within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain harmonious relationships with colleagues and supervisors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in an organised, safe, and efficient manner under pressure.
- Proactive in problem-solving and continuously seeking to improve processes and outcomes.

Schedule & Hours:
This position requires the incumbent to work from Mondays to Fridays, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, subjecting to work exigencies.
