Administrative Lead
Role Overview:
The Administrative Lead at illum.e serves as a strategic linchpin in the organisation. Tasked with streamlining internal operations and identifying gaps in processes, the Administrative Manager is pivotal to the company's continued growth and efficiency. This role requires a dynamic individual with the ability to oversee various aspects of the business, from personnel management to process engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Support:
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives in line with the company's mission and vision.
- Provide administrative support and planning to the executive team, facilitating effective decision-making from the lenses of the administrative team.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate internal processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, or areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement streamlined workflows and procedures, adopting a mindset of growth and forward thinking. This will facilitate the future trajectory of the company.
Team Coordination & Management:
- Oversee and manage the administrative staff, ensuring tasks are aligned with organisational goals.
- Ensure customer service policies are implemented and adhered to, promoting the company's commitment to top-notch service.
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Lead and guide administrative staff to improve their work-related skill sets.
- Foster an open communication environment, disseminating important updates and information within the company.
Financial / Logistics Oversight:
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently.
- Monitor operational aspects, manpower and logistics, such as water supplies, teacher deployment, holiday class deployment, cleaner staff, etc. to ensure the centres run smoothly.
- Oversee relationships with vendors and external partners relevant in your jobscope.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Provide quarterly findings and reports on illum.e’s operational performance, with key metrics and actionable insights for action and improvement.
- Provide advice and follow up steps for the team to execute upon to ensure that the illum.e mission and vision is achieved.

- Five Day Work Week (1 weekend)
