The position:

WooliesX is seeking Senior Software Engineers to come work with us and be part of an amazing digital journey. As the name suggests, The team is focussed on building cutting edge tech solutions to ensure customers have a great experience and at the same time, our business teams can perform efficiently. Senior Software Engineers work in teams composed of engineers, Technology Lead, a Product Manager, BA
and QAs/test engineers to uplift the online platform that powers Australia’s leading supermarket with significant growth plans.

In this role you will:

- Develop high quality, maintainable, scalable and performant solutions
- Develop solutions as a part of a highly productive agile team with a lean mindset, collaborating with Product Managers,, BAs and engineers.
- Contribute to design and architecture and perform effective code reviews.

About you:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have significant .NET, Azure and EDD experience either within a large matrix organisation or tech-focused start-up environment. The opportunity

Due to an exciting internal move we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Audit Manager - Cyber Security to lead, enhance and upskill our cyber security audit function. The role will be pivotal in leading the functional team in conducting cyber security audits and will include assessing and mitigating key cyber security risks, ensuring compliance with cyber security policies, procedures and frameworks, owning key stakeholder relationships and supervising and developing the team.

This role is based at our Head Office in Norwest Business Park, Bella Vista.

What you'll do

- Audit Leadership: Develop and implement the Internal Audit Cyber Security strategy; oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of cyber security audits; ensure audits align with standards and deliverables meet quality requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare and review detailed audit reports and presentations for management and executive leadership; provide recommendations and support for business objectives; prepare quarterly updates for the Audit & Finance Committee and support clearance meetings.
- Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing cyber security audit team; foster continuous improvement and collaboration; enhance auditing techniques and processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior management and executive committee members to support audit strategy; maintain strong relationships with Cyber Security Leadership and external stakeholders; influence and drive positive change.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor strategic initiatives, stay updated on industry trends, and champion digital auditing techniques to improve audit efficiency and reduce cycle times.
- People Management: Manage and develop junior auditors; optimize staff utilization; oversee recruitment and support professional growth within the team.

What you'll bring

- Minimum 10 years in cyber security audit or a related field, including 3-5 years in a senior managerial role.
- Deep knowledge of cyber security principles and frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, NIST) and experience with auditing cyber security tools and operations.
- Holds advanced qualifications in cyber security (e.g., CISM, CISSP, CISA) and has experience with Big 4 accounting firms in senior managerial positions.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of motivating, developing, and supporting team members while fostering a strong team culture.
- Excellent analytical, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages for both business and IT audiences.
- Strong project management capabilities, adept at handling multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and running effective meetings.
- CA/CPA, CIA optional, reporting (e.g. Corps Act, ASIC Principles).

The opportunity

The Audit Manager - Cyber Security role will be pivotal in leading cyber security and technology audits to provide assurance that key cyber security and technology controls are designed and operating effectively and key risks are being managed appropriately. You will also be responsible for reporting to senior management and relevant stakeholders, and upskilling team members in auditing Cyber Security.

This role is based at our Head Office in Norwest Business Park, Bella Vista.

What you’ll do

- Audit Management: Oversee the Rolling Audit Plan and Board Reporting; lead and execute cyber security and technology audits; review findings and management action plans; and handle audit deliverables and follow-ups.
- Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement enhancements to audit processes; stay updated on cyber security trends and best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with management and risk teams; build relationships with Cyber Security and Technology leaders; manage stakeholder interactions.
- Team Leadership: Develop and manage junior auditors; ensure staff efficiency; support recruitment and team development.
- Quality Assurance: Verify adherence to audit methodology; perform quality checks on audit deliverables.
- Audit Reporting: Prepare and support quarterly Audit & Finance Committee (AFC) reports; track and report on open audit issues.

What you’ll bring

- Minimum 7+ years in cyber security audit or related field, with at least 3 years in a manager role.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Technology Risk and Cyber Security, with experience in auditing cyber security frameworks and operations.
- IT and/or Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP) are desirable; strong knowledge of cyber security principles and governance frameworks required.
- Previous managerial or above-level experience
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deliver results under pressure

What you’ll do

The Supplier Management Specialist adds value to Woolworths Group through the maintenance, application and review of the Supplier Grow Program (SGP). The SGP is a supplier management framework consisting of a supplier segmentation approach, a value generation framework, voice of supplier survey capabilities and a third-party risk management operating model. This role will support the business with knowledge and guidance on how best to apply the capability on their respective arenas.

Develops, implements and reviews Supplier Management Framework processes to facilitate consistency and alignment to company risk strategies
Drives and delivers the implementation and ongoing monitoring of key processes and supporting documentation (including policies and standards) in the Supplier Management framework across our business areas.
Identifies linkages to other technology/platforms utilised to perform Supplier Management activities and determine appropriate alignment strategies – specifically related to Third- Party Risk and mitigation of said risk.
Drives value for the company through better compliance and stakeholder experience by ensuring the appropriate usage of the Supplier Management Framework processes, activities and compliance & governance metrics.
Identifies and generates required reports and KPI’s to facilitate review of: use and performance of, and compliance to the Supplier Management Framework.
Identifies, supports, and validates changes to the Supplier Management Framework training modules/materials.
Provides advisory support on the Framework and Policy as required.
Drives change management activities for any required changes to the Supplier Management Framework.

Welcome to the Team
We are an enterprise-wide, C-suite sponsored program team built to drive value and operational excellence throughout the Business Units through a consulting style service that leverages a strong program structure and provides both leading practice insights / thought leadership and delivery excellence to our business partners.

Our mandate is to partner with each of our Business Units across the group portfolio to identify and develop high-quality productivity plans and projects, within the Goods & Services Not for Resale space. What you’ll do
In this role, you will play a consultative role to the Business Units and will support and empower them through their journey from identification to delivery of transformation initiatives. Each role will directly contribute to the success of one of the most visible C-suite-sponsored strategic programs within Woolworths Group and will support the development of a high-performing internal consulting capability.
