- Responsible in the selection of potential employees with right competencies, experience and culture fit through effective screening and assessment processes
- Develop positive working relationships with people through strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate respect and empathy when handling difficult conversations, dilemmas
- Responsible in keeping employees’ personal information secure and properly stored
- Responsible in handling of employees in-processing
- Manage day-to-day labour relations to achieve work harmony and progress towards organisational goals
- Communicate the desired key behaviours given by the HR Director premised upon organisational values and desired cultural traits to influence employees to embrace the desired values and culture
- Suggests benefits package that meets employee profiles and organisation’s budget and which is aligned to organisation’s employer brand and employee value proposition.
- Responsible in influencing employees in the expected behaviour and conduct that is set out by the HR Director
- Suggest improvements in employee benefits and compensation to the HR Director
- Being constantly updated on the latest HR trends and developments to provide future benchmarking insights and recommendations to HR Director
