The Job

· Responsible for a full spectrum of shipping operations, contracts management and documentation;

· Handle full set of shipping documents for fast turnaround, shipment process, contracts allocations & vessel nominations;

· Handle shipment coordination with suppliers, buyers, shipbrokers, ship owners/agents, surveyors, insurance, etc., to ensure smooth loading and delivery;

· Liaise with banks on Letters of Credit opening, clean negotiations, and collection documentation;

· Work on SAP/ITAS/related system for invoicing and matching

· Follow up on shipping claims, demurrages/despatch, receivables, payables, clients aging accounts etc;

· Work closely with internal stakeholders (Commercial, Risk, Global offices, Finance, Accounts, Pricing, Chartering etc) to ensure execution risks are identified in advance and look at possible solutions;

· Proactively highlight and resolves issues related to the execution of the shipment;

· Adhered to company’s SOPs to ensure smooth execution;

· Manage other ad-hoc shipping or operational activities

Pre-requisites

· Experience in Rice will be given an advantage

· Must be able to work under tight deadlines with minimum supervision

· Logical and good in figures work as well as good analytical and interpersonal skills

The Job:

• Support in the development and execution of comprehensive sustainability reports that accurately reflect the company's sustainability performance.
• Support cross-functional collaboration to gather data and information related to sustainability metrics, initiatives, and achievements.
• Support alignment with the latest global reporting standards and regulations, such as ISSB, GRI, SASB, TCFD, and other relevant frameworks.
• Analyse and interpret sustainability data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.
• Support the submission of required data and documentation for ESG rating assessments and evaluations; strive for efficiency.
• Stay current with evolving ESG rating methodologies and industry best practices to enhance our organisation's ratings and rankings.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve ESG data collection and accuracy, both quantitative and qualitative.
• Enhance current processes for data collection, validation, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate the review of sustainability data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.
• Monitor evolving sustainability reporting regulations, and industry trends to ensure best management and compliance with relevant laws and standards.
• Support accurate and up-to-date sustainability reporting in accordance with regulatory expectations.

Pre-requisites:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in environmental studies, finance, economics, engineering, or other related quantitative fields of study.
• Thorough experience with sustainability reporting frameworks and standards such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and SDGs.
• Excellent understanding of ESG rating methodologies, industry benchmarks, and best practices, i.e. S&P Global, FTSE Russell, MSCI, CDP, SPOTT, World Benchmarking Alliance, etc.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Well-organised, self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical, project management, and writing skills to communicate progress and reporting across the organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability communications strategy that aligns with Wilmar’s mission and values
• Develop sustainability narratives for various audiences including customers, investors, bankers and Wilmar employees
• Develop sustainability-focussed marketing campaigns, integrating messaging across digital, print, social media and event channels
• Collaborate with business units both centrally in Singapore as well as our other operations globally to ensure sustainability is woven into broader brand positioning and consumer-facing communications
• Develop and manage content that highlights Wilmar’s sustainability achievements, innovations and partnerships
• Represent Wilmar for sustainability-related media inquiries and proactively build relationships with journalists and influencers in the sustainability space
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including sustainability teams, government agencies, NGOs, and industry groups, to amplify sustainability messaging and initiatives
• Support executive leadership in positioning the company as an industry leader in sustainability, including speechwriting, media training, and public appearances
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sustainability communications and marketing efforts
• Provide regular reporting and analysis on the impact of sustainability campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements
• Collaborate with the crisis communications team to manage reputation risk related to environmental and sustainability issues
• Lead the creation of proactive communication strategies to mitigate risk and maintain the company’s reputation during sustainability-related crises
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with sustainability, operations, product, and legal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and compliance with sustainability goals and regulations

Job Requirements:

• Good Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science/Engineering or related field
• Minimum 7 years’ experience, preferably in agriculture, commodities or biofuel industries industry.
• Excellent written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to remain composed in various situations when representing the group in events/committees
• Self-Driven with the ability to take actions proactively
• Good organisational and project management skills
• Must be both a team and independent playerilling to travel

Job Responsibilities

· Verification of trade Information against trade slip

· Perform conversion on the trade slip into a formal contract using SAP

· Work collaboratively with the traders/trade support prior to converting the trade slip into a contract should there be any variance that exists in the trade terms

· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Responsibilities:

• To conduct daily checks on essential building services and record meter readings for utilities services;
• To operate Building Systems and record their performance data;
• To carry out general preventive maintenance on Building Systems, including troubleshooting, defects rectifications and performing repair works as assigned;
