About Wildcat Digital
We've asked our team what they enjoy about working here and this is what they had to say.
1. What do you believe sets Wildcat apart from others in terms of employee satisfaction:
"The people. "
"The managers and team leaders try to understand the employees and structure conversations and meetings with people differently. We know we all have different personalities and work differently"
"I think what sets Wildcat apart is the fact that the team honestly cares about its employees, willing to offer support and always listening to feedback. "
"Open and honest conversations. Whilst many other companies (digital agencies in particular) shy away from hard chats, either about job satisfaction, stress, processes, or professional development, Wildcat Digital encourages them. This means that employees feel valued and listened to, and improves so many aspects of Wildcat for the better."
2. What aspects of the role do you find most fulfilling:
"Leading on strategies for top-tier clients (and seeing great results!). The opportunity to lead a team, helping them to achieve their full potential. It is so rewarding to see team members learn new skills, get shoutouts, and even get promoted. Creative content in any form, but mostly blogs, PR pieces, landing pages etc"
"I find the content creation and creative elements of this role the most fulfilling. I also enjoy the collaborative aspects of it (client communication and working with different team members)"
"Learning new skills, being able to provide results for client satisfaction and making a real difference in the company and personal development"
3. How would you describe the work culture at Wildcat?
"A fun, tight-knit team who love to help each other improve"
"Very open - I don't feel like there's any issue or decision that isn't discussed with the team and there's always a way to give feedback"
"Very supportive team with a casual and flexible approach to working whilst still being efficient. Being able to work with like-minded people "
