We are seeking Golf Instructors to help provide the best lesson experience possible.

About 5i Instructors: We pride ourselves on being a fun and non-intimidating introduction to golf. We are happy to host raw beginners on one simulator, and experienced, competitive golfers right beside them. It is a great place to relax, have a drink, and have fun, while also improving your game with the use of realistic Full Swing and Trackman technology and expert teachers.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Be available for private lessons in the mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Serve as a featured teaching pro at corporate events, facilitating the experience, providing pointers
• Assist in the space beyond your golf instruction
• Help to clear drinks in the space, answer the phone or help set up customers on simulatorsUnderstand this is a small team with a start up mentality - we expect everyone who works here to touch on multiple aspects of the business and be an exceptional team player
  
• Create a book of business in or around the area with experience managing students

Required Qualifications:

• Sound understanding of numerous golf swing teaching methodologies
• Understand ball flight laws, be well versed in Launch Monitor nomenclature, and be tech savvy
• Proficient in video analysis and good written email skills to communicate and follow up with students
• Good social skills and working well in group scenarios, facilitating groups to have fun
• Able to speak at a high level about the golf swing to a wide variety of skill levels without being confusing

Staff members responsible for all aspects of the customer experience, including setting up customers on the simulators and taking food and beverage orders.

Responsibilities include the following:

Front Desk Management

* Greet customers

* Create and manage bookings on our booking software

* Respond to emails in a timely manner

* Answer phone calls

Customer Service

* Provide tours of the facility

* Set up customers on the golf simulators

Membership

* Keep bag room organised and pull bags for our members

* Remember names and preferences of members

Golf Simulators

* Ensure the customers are enjoying their golf experience

* Conduct basic simulator maintenance and troubleshooting

* Ensure the technology is working properly

Food and Beverage

* Take food and drink orders and serve to customers in a timely manner

* Bus the area routinely

* Prepare drinks on the menu

Other Duties

* Inventory and ordering

* Manage relationship with suppliers

* Assist scheduling

* Assist managers

* Keep outlet neat and organised

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality golf instruction to individuals and groups of all skill levels.
- Utilize TrackMan technology to provide accurate and data-driven feedback to golfers, enabling them to improve their game.
- Create and implement personalized coaching plans tailored to each golfer's goals and abilities.
- Conduct on-course lessons and playing lessons to enhance golfers' course management skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing the unique needs of each student.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable golfing experience for all customers.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:
- Native English speaker with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience as a Golf Professional, teaching golf lessons to individuals and groups.
- Strong knowledge of golf fundamentals, swing mechanics, and course management.
- Familiarity with TrackMan or similar launch monitor technology and the ability to utilize it effectively in coaching.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students of all ages and skill levels.
- Passion for teaching and coaching, with a genuine desire to help golfers improve their game.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Relevant coaching certifications and PGA affiliation are highly desirable.
