Graphic and Motion Design Intern Job Scope and duties:

· Creations of various product packaging and logos

· Execute designs and expand on conceptual knowledge to a range of branding applications across print, collaterals, packaging, signage, digital, social media content formats, etc.

· Update website and e-commerce marketplaceswith videosand event text, images, sponsor logos etc

· Design banners, header boards for retail stores and online platforms.

· Create short video clips for products or promotions to post on social medias

· Develop Social Media Content concepts and design look & feel of social media content across various marketing channels.

· Support marketing campaign planning and execution

· Understand and translate brainstorming ideas and requirements in design concepts and storyboards

Job Description & Requirements

• Listing products on various marketplaces.
• Manager daily online orders （Lazmall, Shopee, Amazon, Grab, Shopify)
• Answering customer enquiries and follow up unfulfilled orders
• Ensure online stores are updated with new campains and banners
• Impletment digital marketing strategies.
• Propose procurement to restock based on data analysis from various marketplaces
• Drive e-commerce growth via tactical campaigns with established eCommerce campaign ecosystem (consumer journey) such as 11.11, 12.12 etc.
• Verify picking, ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
• Monitor stock level, arrange stock transfer for e-store from warehouse system.
• Conduct social media and live show projects
• Assist pick and pack during peak periods
