Admin Clerk

• West location
• SME Company
• Permanent role
• Company transport to & fro from Lakeside MRT Pickup Point
• 5 days work week
• Mon - Fri - 8.30am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Handle Data Entry & Invoicing when necessary using FACT System (Training will be provided)
• Responsible for withholding tax payments, GST return, audits schedules
• Handle non-PO transactions & billings
• Handle banking transaction entries
• Perform the general administrative duties but not limited to photocopying, faxing, filing, data entries
• Maintain office document and records
• Responsible for full set of accounts function, handle month-end closing - GL, AP, AR, journals, schedules, reconciliations
• Responsible for statistical reporting to authorities, fixed assets register maintenance
• Handle HR & Accounting administration duties and other ad-hoc assignment

Requirements:

• Secondary School Education and above
• Willing to learn on the job if candidate has no experience
• Able to work independently and able to mult-task
• Able to read and converse in English & Mandarin
• Fast paced worker with good interpersonal skills and initiative.
• Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
