Responsibilities
• Daily direct interface with customers on day to day tactical business issues including production planning, logistics, purchasing, finance, and customer services on issue resolution.
• Maintain data in forecasting system, including customer forecast device and volume, pricing, and customer code, etc.
• Responsible for monthly forecast reviews and forecast accuracy.
• Provide feedback of Commitment of Forecast to customers.
• Upside requests.
• Die loading tracking and support CS on die attainment.
• Excess material disposition and tracking, Billing issue resolution, Customer issue log.
• Assist sales in the quotation preparation and ensure immediate system pricing updates.
• Customer reporting and inquiry management.
• Daily interface with sales team (Sales Manager, TPM, Factories, etc.) on accounts and business activities and issues impacting short to medium term demand.
• Provide accurate demand visibility to fulfill operations planning and execution (capacity, materials, resource, revenue, etc.)
• Coordinate and prepare Quarterly Customer Business Review (QBR) presentation materials. Participate in the customer QBR if required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
• 5 to 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry
• A self-motivated, highly motivated to succeed, “can do” attitude and results orientated
• An organized, team approach
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal communication)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and other computer applications
