Responsibilities:

- Identify and target new clients and business opportunities
- Drive sales initiatives, including lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
- Explore and expand into new markets and regions to increase the company’s market share.
- Develop and execute plans for entering new industry verticals
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and at least 10 years of experience in driving business growth
- Financial analysis skills - able to model business plans and return on investment
- Strong understanding of art materials, products, and market dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Ability to travel to China on monthly basis & compile trip report to senior management
- Bilingual in English & Chinese
- Proficient in speaking, reading & writing Chinese as need to liaise with Chinese associates
- 6 day work week
- Ability to work on weekends, public holidays and long hours beyond stated working hours
