Administrative Assistant:
To provide administrative and case management assistance in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Maintain client files by acquiring and processing necessary data.
Scan, print, post and electronic filling of documents.
Manage incoming communications promptly, take messages where necessary and following up in a pro-active manner.
Deal with new enquiries as they reach the office. Giving clients quotes on our portal.
Call back potential clients where lead is received in timely manner.
Update clients, referrers, and others as required.
Process clients' due diligence documents for file management.
Raising enquiries and completing report for conveyancing matters.
Qualifications and Skills:
No prior experience or academic qualification required.
Good IT aptitude such as use of internet and MS Office is essential.
Full training and supervision will be provided throughout.
You must be detail-focused and be comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Excellent organisation skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
Ability to work as a Team towards the common goal of completing the matter to a high standard of quality and client satisfaction.
