Summary of This Role

Performs a broad range of accounting functions with responsibility for accounting records in a small office or organization department. Assigns transaction codes to documents. Ensures documents being processed are included in the appropriate accounting period. Posts, balances, and closes subsidiary ledgers. Follows up on delinquent accounts receivable customers. Analyzes and verifies internal consistency, completeness, and accuracy of account documents and makes adjustments.

What Part Will You Play?

• Performs more clerical accounting functions supporting the accounting department and other accounting associates to include entering routine travel expenses or invoice data into system, typing memos, scanning, filing, and providing documentation. Occasionally assists in verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records. Assists in performing simple balancing, reconciliations, corrections to rejections, and accounting errors, containing basic calculations, as directed.
• Functions as a first point of contact for internal clients, external clients, or vendors for routine accounting questions and inquiries. Assists in researching issues or complaints for client/customer disputes.
• Updates and maintains accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (i.e. disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable). Enters data into computer system using legacy computer programs. Compiles data and prepares a variety of standardized reports, as directed, to be reviewed by more experienced associates or management. Retains supporting documentation as defined by record retention guidelines, for audit purposes.

Summary of This Role

Manages the analysis, programming, and testing activities for system and/or software application development and service / support to include feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and the establishment and implementation of new or revised software applications and/or systems. Advises and confers with team members on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities, and methods. Consults with team members in other areas to coordinate cross-functional activities. Oversees the effective development and implementation of programs to ensure that all software applications meet minimum organization standards and end-user requirements. Administers change control process for zero defect system development. Ensures adequate application testing prior to implementation.

• Leads and develops a highly technical team supporting application system development, production support and testing on a day-to-day basis.
• Manages work and projects on a day-to-day basis of a team supporting mainframe, distributed or other applications system development and testing. Tracks and acts upon work progress. Reviews and audits the technical work of members of the team. May manage work undertaken by contractors or third parties. Ensures compliance with development and other processes.
• Provides input into Divisional plans and budgets. Manages resource allocation within the team on a day-to-day basis.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Relevant Experience or Degree in: related field of study from an accredited university is required; however, relevant experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.

Desired Skills & Capabilities

• 7+ years of experience in leading application development teams, preferably with a focus on Object oriented technologies like java, .net etc.
• Expertise in cloud architecture and cloud solutions preferably AWS.
• Experience with microservices architecture, object oriented design patterns and deployment model with Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Strong problem solving skills, and ability to adapt based on the requirements.
• Experience in designing high latency and low throughput applications.

Summary of This Role

Accountable for the identification, development and delivery of Continual Service Improvement plans and initiatives to reduce operational costs and enhance operational efficiencies. Oversees the operational model across multiple Third Party Providers to ensure alignment to non-functional requirements across Business As Usual (BAU) service provision, partner contract renewal, and new third-party contracts. Responsible for BAU Operational and Transition Readiness of significant events, including new client conversions, new products and services, and decommissioning of existing products. Ensures all aspects of processing service are provided as required by the client contract to achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and production processing and contractual obligations are met within a regulatory framework.

What Part Will You Play?

• Responsible for the holistic management of two to three clients (depending on level of service complexity) and their TS2 production services, including any additional associated processing services and products.
• Develops and delivers continuous service improvement plans and initiatives for clients and their use of Global products or platforms. Conducts root cause analysis to develop action plan implementation.
• Responsible for the holistic management of two to three partners (depending on level of service complexity) and their production services. Tracks partner service-level performance and proactively identifies ways of continuously improving service to exceed client expectations.
• Manages services transition into BAU by working with the relevant business areas via stakeholder management, in the transfer of new clients, products and platforms on go-live.
• Conducts regular service reviews with allocated clients and partners, acting as a client advocate with multiple internal teams to address any service deficiencies and escalation of partner issues.
• Acts as client escalation point in the event of need for Severity 1 incidents.

Summary of This Role

Analyzes business problems to be solved with automated systems. Formulates and defines automated systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that meet user requirements and are within stated sizing estimates. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit design, assists in integration and acceptance testing, where necessary; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements. Job Specific Duties and Responsibilities 

Client facing defect management, to include support and delivery of products and legacy mainframe systems.    Also, manage client communication for defects, validation and emergency change notification.

Looking for a candidate that is a hybrid of business and technical that can work with our in issue resolution for a distributed epayables product.   Great communication skills in interpreting the very technical to our business client counterparts, but can work with our clients technical teams to trouble shoot issues.    Knowledge of the incident management role and processes.  

Typical Day in the Life of the Role

This role is a  Level 1/Level 2 support team in various products, so there is no set schedule for the day and spends most of the day multitasking between competing priorities. 

What Part Will You Play?

• Works on multiple simple projects and programs from a business solution and design perspective, participates in drafting solutions documentation, in collaboration with QA resource, developers and technical teams.

• Maintains knowledge in company platforms and learns to create alternative solutions. This includes product enhancement analysis and design, supporting and contributing functional testing approach, actual testing and validating as necessary.

• Participates in development of product enhancements as part of client projects, following the requirements to functionality which must be designed and developed in a method that can be re-used by technology.

• Submits projects for Web Product Analyst Specialist review/consideration of risk/impact for changes, participate in identifying all functional components affected, learns to estimate Solution effort and, helps to coordinate estimates across all relevant parties.

• Conducts analysis on simple to medium problems, supports issue/problem resolution, implementation, notification, and post-implementation support to minimize client impact. Provides issue support to development and production support teams.

Summary of This Role

Investigates potential credit card fraud cases based on information received from the fraud detection system. Analyzes several aspects of account history, to include payment and transaction history. Contacts customers and merchants to obtain additional information regarding fraudulent charges. Maintains accurate and complete documentation of all information necessary for the investigation.

Pursuant to requirements set forth in CO Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the compensation for this position is $15 p/hour.

Non-exempt: Use hourly pay range listed

Maximum pay is $15 p/hr

What Part Will You Play?

• Responds to 25 or more account inquiries per hour providing the merchants and cardholders of 5 or more assigned clients with standard/scripted responses to Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined alerts generated within the fraud detection queues. Assists with the completion of the lost stolen report, such as block and transfer of compromised accounts to prevent further losses and fraudulent activity. Builds the credit card replacement orders and completes shipping materials.
• Begins to build knowledge and basic skills required to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training, research of department policies, procedures, external regulations and analytic techniques, and the expertise of more experienced fraud analysts.

Summary of This Role

Sets up and operates a variety of automated machines (e.g. several different folders, Muller, die cutter or cutter) used in the production of the company's product. Responsible for the overall operation of machinery including actions such as feeding, folding ,cutting, stitching of materials, adjusting settings, making minor repairs and pulling, inspecting and packaging finished product.

• Begins to learn the functionality of various Finishing machines (e.g. folder, Muller, die cutter, guillotine cutter, saddle stitcher, etc.) and processes by locating the correct job materials/tickets on the finishing floor and reviewing job specification sheet(s) to complete finishing work for assigned jobs, as directed.
• Reviews production samples with leadership and/or senior level operator during production to ensure adherence to client specifications and quality checklists.
• Packages finished product in cartons, boxes, or pallets, as directed and reviews completed packaging with more experienced operators to ensure adherence to ticket instructions, prior to routing for shipment.
• Learns to document/enter job information such as material usage/scrap and production time required for cost tracking/client billing.

Summary of This Role

Using both machine and manual procedures may receive, separate, process, pack and/or deliver in process work or completed work in a zero defect environment. Utilizes multiple data bases to record and track work, including verifying addresses worldwide, printing labels, verifying proper contents, issuing product, and documents work status. Identifies errors, returns, or exceptions and handles according to client specifications. Is the last point of verification to insure accurate output of client information.

• Identifies and gathers required collaterals (e.g. inserts, forms, letters, card carriers, envelopes, labels, etc.) for assigned production job order; organizes according to priority and order of work to provide for efficient workflow and assembly. Verifies amount/type of collateral against job order and delivers for change of control to production.
• Initiates start-up and operation process for machine production (e.g. printing shipping labels, attaching cards to card carriers, sealing envelopes, etc.) of one-off or specialized requirements specified by the client and not ordinarily covered under Machine Operator duties.
• Performs manual pre-work or specialty processes that are completed prior to automated/machine production (e.g. separating, packing, counting, loading, affixing labels, and scanning or issuing collaterals such as cards within a specific area of card processing, card shop, card vault, express mail, mail sort or specialty departments).
• Records status of work in progress into a proprietary database, provides to leadership for sensitive item accountability and reviews level of compliance with applicable Service Level Agreements (SLA). Understanding correct client specific standards for manual work to be processed and compliance with SLAs, inspects 100% of work in a zero defect environment.
• Reconciles collaterals between completed, work in progress, and collateral inventory to ensure sensitive item accountability. Learns and assists more experienced Manual Operators to serve as last touch point and quality review for outgoing finished products.
• Operates various software systems used to track, review, access, and invoice clients for reimbursable work (e.g., labeling, postage, delivery, etc.).

Sets up and operates a variety of automated machines (e.g. several different folders, Muller, die cutter or cutter) used in the production of the company's product. Responsible for the overall operation of machinery including actions such as feeding, folding ,cutting, stitching of materials, adjusting settings, making minor repairs and pulling, inspecting and packaging finished product.

Summary of This Role

Generates revenue through sales to new and/or existing key accounts within a geographic area or market. Collects information to better understand business issues, problems, and opportunities and to identify sales prospects. Prepares quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for use in pricing and sales presentations. Ensures sales plans and key account strategies are implemented and sales/financial goals are obtained.

• With significant support from internal resources and leadership, researches target prospects and develops pipeline in the assigned territory, assigned portfolio or with assigned accounts for new sales and/or for existing sales. For existing clients, conducts penetration analysis and reviews influencing factors and strategy of client to determine action plan. For new sales, identifies business opportunities, conducts cold calls and determines which relationships to nurture. For North America Segment, typically handles 100k or less accounts on file and typical accounts would include small community banks or small credit unions. For the Merchant Segment, typically leads the work of smaller customers, such as Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) or Bank Acquirers with 10k or less Merchants.
• Acts as a front line sales person. Seeks support internally in order to effectively nurture old and new relationships, to execute and create the cold call plan, and to establish the relationship plan for new and existing business on a smaller scale. With guidance from more experienced internal resources, develops an understanding of the territory, conducts sufficient research, determines the appropriate timing for the client contact and determines the appropriate contacts for prospects.
• Creates, maintains and sustains Strategic Sales Plan (SSP) for identified top prospects in assigned area or accounts. Is responsible for closing the sale. Needs general guidance for closing deals and identifies internal resources for assistance with SSP.
• Creates the solution design plan. Sizes the work needed for the conversion and helps client understand the work effort for the transition and the correct mix to offer. Assesses the customer's business and reviews solution design options with the client, considering the client's vision, goal, objectives, pain points and target state and makes recommendations for the delivery option. Requires a tremendous amount of support for the large or mega prospects and may need guidance with the smaller prospects, such as small credit unions or small banks.
• With guidance from internal resources, creates and modifies the sales project plan with the intent to close the sale. Conducts stage assessments from time to time with assistance. Identifies and orchestrates the correct internal resources, such as within pricing, IT, implementation, etc. to meet with the client at the appropriate time based on the objectives of the client. Conducts ongoing communication with various internal groups regarding the client and makes request for assistance with the sales project plan as needed.
• Understands the dynamics of the industry, is knowledgeable regarding key trends in the market and discusses with clients current product offering and developing products, including mobile app developments, chip cards, etc. Participates with more experienced internal resource who conducts consultative thought leadership with prospects and helps client with possible solution design.
• Supports the negotiation of the master agreements and service level agreements. May negotiate for small prospects, such as small community banks or small credit unions, but will need support in crafting business terms, etc.
• With support from internal resources, manages the sales presentation and sales process, including identifying the objectives of the meeting, setting the agenda, and following-up on action items, as needed. Identifies internal resources to attend the meeting with the prospect to assist with questions, etc.

This is for 2nd shift weekdays: Monday - Friday 12:00 PM-8:00 PM. This position is required to work on the production floor. Overtime is required as needed.

Summary of This Role

Using both machine and manual procedures may receive, separate, process, pack and/or deliver in process work or completed work in a zero defect environment. Utilizes multiple data bases to record and track work, including verifying addresses worldwide, printing labels, verifying proper contents, issuing product, and documents work status. Identifies errors, returns, or exceptions and handles according to client specifications. Is the last point of verification to insure accurate output of client information.

• Identifies and gathers required collaterals (e.g. inserts, forms, letters, card carriers, envelopes, labels, etc.) for assigned production job order; organizes according to priority and order of work to provide for efficient workflow and assembly. Verifies amount/type of collateral against job order and delivers for change of control to production.
• Initiates start-up and operation process for machine production (e.g. printing shipping labels, attaching cards to card carriers, sealing envelopes, etc.) of one-off or specialized requirements specified by the client and not ordinarily covered under Machine Operator duties.
• Performs manual pre-work or specialty processes that are completed prior to automated/machine production (e.g. separating, packing, counting, loading, affixing labels, and scanning or issuing collaterals such as cards within a specific area of card processing, card shop, card vault, express mail, mail sort or specialty departments).
• Records status of work in progress into a proprietary database, provides to leadership for sensitive item accountability and reviews level of compliance with applicable Service Level Agreements (SLA). Understanding correct client specific standards for manual work to be processed and compliance with SLAs, inspects 100% of work in a zero defect environment.
• Reconciles collaterals between completed, work in progress, and collateral inventory to ensure sensitive item accountability. Learns and assists more experienced Manual Operators to serve as last touch point and quality review for outgoing finished products.
• Operates various software systems used to track, review, access, and invoice clients for reimbursable work (e.g., labeling, postage, delivery, etc.).

Summary:

Works throughout the software development life cycle and performs in a utility capacity to create,

Summary of This Role

Purpose

In a high visibility, high pressure role; designs, develops, configures, and maintains enterprise IBM Z machine infrastructure systems as well as installed third-party systems components to ensure reliability in accordance with user needs and technical specifications while meeting defined service level agreements for availability and file delivery.
