Experienced Tandoori Chef Required Urgently
We are Looking for Experienced Tandoori Chef for a full time position to work closely with our team for a busy Indian restaurant in hoppers crossing. Business operates 7 days dinner and lunches on weekends only. You will be working 38 hours a week with a rotating roster. you must be available everyday of the week.
Must have experience of Tandoor cooking. You would need to be a team player.
your key responsibilities includes:
-preparation and marination of entrée
-cooking of bread in Tandoor oven
-operating kitchen equipment
-clean up and maintenance of kitchen area
-Follow HACCP procedures
excellent salary package is on offer $75000 per annum +super.
