This is a permanent, full-time role – hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)


Role Duties:

• Oversee customer profiles and maintain accuracy within the internal database.
• Provide robust marketing support tailored to export territories.
• Manage the trademark database.
• Coordinate promotional material and liaise with suppliers for efficient order processing.
• Develop and distribute a comprehensive bi-monthly export newsletter.
• Strategise and execute periodic marketing campaigns targeting export territories.
• Conduct thorough research to identify potential distributors in emerging markets.

The OPRA Group has a great opportunity for a Construction Manager (Landscaping) focusing on works primarily in the Midlands and Southeast of England.

The Construction Manager is responsible for delivering Landscape Construction Projects on time, to the specified quality and generating the budgeting profit margin.

Projects are both hard and soft landscape commercial works, ranging in size, up to £2 million. Their current requirement is specifically in managing and delivering medium to large multi-disciplinary landscape construction projects.

Location - Midlands & Southeast England

Role Duties:

Completion of projects on time and to the agreed standards
Ensure gross margins are maintained on projects.
Management of Subcontractors and Direct Labour
Ensuring all works adhere to the required Health and Safety standards.
Management and allocation of resources including plant equipment, and materials.
Delivering on a wide range of landscape projects in line with our Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental standards
Maintaining site records

Construction Manager (Landscaping) - Essential Skills & Experience Required:

In order to succeed in this role, you will need extensive previous construction industry experience, ideally with landscape construction and at the management level.
Experience with managing and delivering multi-disciplinary projects on time and to a budget.
CSCS Card
Full Driving Licence required.
