We are partnering with a number of secondary schools in the Northwich area who are currently in need of temporary cover supervisors for the next few months to navigate the busy exam season. The schools seek individuals who can commit either full or part-time to support teachers during this crucial period. This role will potentially be ongoing following this period.
You'll receive your daily timetable and work closely with a supportive senior leadership team to ensure a safe learning environment for students as they complete tasks set by teachers.
The standard school day runs from approximately 8:30 am to 3:15 pm, with a break provided.
The ideal candidate will possess confidence in managing potential challenging behaviours, adhere to the school's behaviour and safeguarding procedures, and engage effectively with students to promote positive interactions.
This is an ideal role for someone considering a future career in teaching.
