The core function on a Facilities Coordinator is to support the Facilities department in looking after a portfolio of around 100 properties across the UK. The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all property requirements, systems and processes operate effectively and all property queries receive appropriate and timely action/responses.

The Package:

• Annual salary of approximately £22,750 to £27,000 depending on experience and/or qualifications
