a) Drive business process transformation and ensuring that the
system has the capabilities to support various business functions
by working closely with our business partners (vendors) and
various divisions, to understand the needs of our stakeholders;
b) Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand
and document business needs and objectives related to public
services, particularly on the vehicle registration and licensing sys.
c) Review business rules and service journeys, gathering requirement
specifications, engaging stakeholders, creating user journey maps
and wireframes, and providing support on updates to management;
d) Develop user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria, and create
detailed process maps to visualise, understand and streamline
current workflows and business processes;
e) Participate in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint
reviews & retrospective sprints, and assisting in project
management matters; and
f) Conduct and facilitate User Acceptance Test (UAT) and trainings for
users, and providing support services throughout the project. This
includes preparation of test cases and documenting the expected
and actual results for each test scenario in a clear and concise.
Qualifications and skill sets:
a) Minimum 5 years of work experience as business analyst or
equivalent position. Handled large scale front-facing projects, with
experience in stakeholder engagement and comms management;
b) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management of Information
Systems, Information/ Infocom Technology, or related discipline;
c) Proven and hands-on experience with IT project implementation,
specifically on user requirements gathering, IT business analysis,
application solutioning, UI/UX design and using testing software;
d) Experience in AGILE methodologies and Cloud platform projects,
preferably in using Jira, Figma, MS Visio, and Tricentis Tosca;
e) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
f) Have a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills, able to work
and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure business
needs are met;
g) Possess strong communication skills with an excellent command of
the English language;
h) Must be organised and able to work with minimal supervision to
ensure tasks are well completed and project is on schedule; and
i) Experience in end user service journey design projects, and
implementing government projects would be an added advantage.
